He notices the smallest details and wants everything done properly. The subcontractors he works with are also wonderful people. Everyone who came into our home was kind, respectful, and pleasant to work with, and they took tremendous pride in their work. They were perfectionists just like Dave and cared about the details and the finished result. Dave has an incredible ability to look at a problem and figure out how to fix it properly. Our project required far more than simply finishing a remodel. There were many existing problems that had to be corrected, several areas that needed to be rebuilt, and details that required custom solutions. Instead of being overwhelmed by those challenges, Dave worked through them one by one and kept moving the project forward. What meant the most to us was knowing that Dave genuinely cared about our home and the quality of the final result. After our previous experiences, that was something we did not take for granted. He and his boy were on time, actually asked if he could come early, which was fine with me. Dusty was obviously much better than the original hauler, who canceled at the last minute on me. They were respectful of my furniture and home, being very careful not to cause any damage. I could also see that they were meticulous in securing items on the truck and trailer, so it wouldn't end up on the roadside somewhere. When I saw that he had extra space on his truck and trailer, I asked if he could also take some additional items for disposal. Dusty was very accommodating for accepting extra items I wanted gone.
