There was a lot of bacon and the tomatoes were very crisp and fresh which had added a bunch of flavor to the sandwich. I would definitely come back again if I live closer and check out more items off the food menu. I did end up buying merchandise which was a tin sign and some stickers to go home with.

She brought us a fresh batch in a matter of minutes. The customer service was excellent throughout our visit. I'm giving this pub a three out of five stars. I'd like to come back and try some of the food, especially in the game day environment. I'm a vegetarian, so I didn't eat much of the food we had, but I'll definitely come back and try it again. Visited Legends Arcade for the first time last month for a play date with my son and a small group of his middle school friends, and we all had a fun time. All of the moms came along too (plus a few younger siblings), so it ended up being a really enjoyable outing for everyone. I'm still fairly new to the area and hadn't checked out any arcades yet, but Legends caught my attention when I was searching online because it looked smaller, more retro, and a lot more laid back than some of the bigger arcade spots. It ended up being exactly what I was hoping for. The vibe was chill, it wasn't crowded, and everyone was able to spread out and enjoy themselves without feeling overwhelmed with a bunch of people. They had a really nice variety of games too: pinball, racing games, Dance Dance Revolution, shooting hoops, Deal or No Deal, air hockey, Whack-a-Mole, crane machines, and more. The biggest hit with our group was definitely one of the crane games where you could win ticket rolls pretty easily. Once one mom figured it out, suddenly everyone (especially the kids) was hooked and trying their luck. One thing we really liked is that your tickets save directly onto the same game card you use to play, which makes it easy to save them for another visit instead of feeling like you have to spend everything right away. My son decided to save his tickets, so we're already planning to come back. The prize area was great for kids too. They had bigger prizes like Lego sets and large plushies, but also plenty of smaller prize options like rubber duckies and mini slinkies that kept everyone happy. The attendant working that day was also really friendly and helpful; she was available anytime we had questions, needed help with a game, or were ready to redeem prizes. They also have a kitchen, although it wasn't open yet when we went (Tuesday around 5pm), plus some t-shirt merch if you like the Legends logo. I will say, this was a really nice first visit and exactly the kind of arcade experience we were hoping for: relaxed, fun, and family friendly. We'll definitely be back! read more

While my kids were able to play on the few functioning games, it is clear the establishment is being run down. You have to invest in your equipment; there is no point in staying open if you aren't honest about the fact that a majority of your games are out of order. As someone who runs a corporate firm, I know that respect and transparency are the foundations of customer service. If Les dislikes his business or his guests this much, he should sell it to someone who will actually appreciate the establishment and its customers. It seems obvious that this place will continue to struggle if the owner doesn't start actually caring for his business.

I have been attending the Lacey Spring Fun Fair since 1987. It's a fun FREE kid oriented festival…read morelocated at Saint Martins University. There are so many things to do! There are activities, arts and crafts, photo opportunities, bouncy houses and more! Activities are located outside in the parking lot outside the Marcus Pavilion and inside the Pavilion itself. The Marcus Pavilion was filled to the brim with educational booths and art/craft booths. My daughter and I attempted to try all of them, but it was so jam-packed we were only able to visit half. We ended up spending most of the time outside. She had a great time in a bouncy house and learning about the Fire Truck. There is a stage where performing groups ranging from elementary schoolers to senior groups showed off their stuff. I performed for the Fun Fair when I was in high school. Everyone did a great job. The only time I worried was for a brief second when elementary-aged kids were singing the normally inappropriate/sexual innuendo ridden song Greased Lightning. It turned out it was the kid friendly version. Phew. Wondering if there are food booths available? Of course! In addition to various activities there are food booths selling traditional fair food. Saint Martins, of course, has one. It was SO HOT last year I parked myself near the Saint Martins booth so I could get water and extra ice. My kid ate her weight in burgers, elephant ears, and snowcones. We would have stayed for the parade had I known there was one. The parade is on the second day and closes the event. I will definitely be sure to see it this time! The Lacey Spring Fair is AMAZING. Definitely try to go on both days, if you are able! The Lacey Spring Fun Fair 2013 will be on May 18 - 19. The parade starts at 6 pm on Sunday the 19th.
