They knew they screwed up because they told me to go through again. The second pass had little soap but no Rain X. I can tell because the water wasn't gliding off during the rinse. The blower barely works so you are under the sun picking up some water spots while one dude races against the sun to dry your vehicle. He also attempted to clean my leather seats with a heat vacuum/steam vacuum and burned my seats. In addition he burned a hole in my passenger seat and denied it when confronted. I am not sure where these positive reviews are coming from, but trust me, go to a reputable auto detail company because they offer guarantees on their work.
