Both times we went was during the week. The tacos here are excellent, I normally stick to asada but they have all the normal meats including fiery el pastor, pollo etc. I've seen people ordering burritos also. The asada is juicy, salty, and pretty much everything you want from a street taco. They're two bucks a piece and cash only my friends, you know the drill. Our favorite part of this place is the awesome spread of extra you get for free at the end of the stand. All the radishes, cucumber, onions, limes you want! And they don't just have bags, they have little plastics cups for all the sauces, double points for that. The green sauce is bomb, and the guac sauce is also excellent, not too watery like other taco stands I've been too. Give them a shot if you're a fan of street tacos, you won't regret it!

The service was super fast, they handed us the wraps within a minute. There were few tables available to sit. In the middle of the dining space they have a jet engine in the middle imitating the grilling of meat. I actually like both the wraps a lot. The garden had excellent flavor from the kimchi slaw, sweet pickled cucumber and the plant based sausage. The morning wrap was like typical breakfast sandwich, made with egg, pork sausage, shredded cheese and peppercorn sauce. I wish they served the wraps in a better way, just putting them between a paper made them really sloppy. They were expensive too and no discount offered for Disney credit card. I ordered 1 al pastor burrito, 3 lengue tacos, 1 pastor taco, 2 tripas, and 2 cabeza. The order took about 10 minutes to complete even though I was the only customer. The self service bar had everything you needed, 4 separate sauces, cilantro, onion, radish, cucumber, limes, and pickled onions, jalapenos, and habaneros. I took it to go to eat at home and after the 10 minute drive and walk into my apartment everything was still super hot and smelt amazing. The pastor is some of the best I've had in a while, super flavorful and juicy. The lengue was tender, the cabeza almost had a tallow flavor, and the tripas was crispy. All excellent choices in my book. The sauces were spicy, however, in a blind taste test I don't think I could distinguish between any of them. Visually they were distinct but the flavor profiles were all very similar. Still good salsas overall, but if you're a diehard verde vs roja kinda person there really wasn't a difference in my opinion. Definitely worth trying out, hard to stand out too much with the multitude of taco shops/trucks around, but a good choice overall. Al Pastor has to be the highlight of the meat choices. Also Tuesday they offer 1.50 on a select choice of meats. For 1 burrito and 8 tacos my order came out to a little over 33 with tax, good bang for your buck.

The asada is good, pastor is okay, but extra-crispy tripas is the move for me. One thing that puts this place higher on my taco list is the sauces. I actually like all three of them, and not every taco spot can say that. Give me good meat AND good sauces and I'm happy. They keep the menu pretty simple but have things like nachos, quesadillas, burritos and different specials. I've seen $5 tortas and discounted tacos depending on the day. Their aguas frescas have consistently been good too. They used to be cash only, which wasn't exactly a problem considering you're literally standing in front of Bank of America lol, but they take Zelle now too. My only question mark is the portion since moving into the truck. On my most recent visit, it seemed like I got noticeably less meat on my tacos than I used to. I've been here enough times without that problem that I'm not holding one visit against them yet, so we'll see if that was just a fluke. Grab your cilantro, onions and sauces and you're good to go.
