I found this business on Yelp, and I'm glad I did! I had a rather unusual request of dismantling a model railroad layout room prior to putting my house on the market for sale. They put forth every effort to try to find a "home" for some of the items which I had previously been unable to re-home. When they had exhausted every avenue, they demolished the layout in only about two hours' time. I was so impressed that I had them back to haul away junk and beyond-its-prime furniture. These guys are the best! Trina is the fastest call back in the west. I called several junk removal companies and she was the first call back, and the most responsive and priced right. Very personable and they really take pride in their work as evidenced by the great clean up job they did after hauling and dumping a stucco wall I had demoed as well as some scrap wood and some dirt which was a pretty big mess. Legit removed 40 yards of dirt from my yard. They called back the next day and set up a date. They showed up on the date arranged and a couple of hours late but not bad. First, they told me it would be 4 loads but I looked at their truck and there was no way it could hold 10 yards. They agreed and said they could do it in 6 loads. I could see the truck could hold 7 yards but they did not fill the truck. They said they were at the max weight but still insisted there were 7 yards in the truck. Watching what they were doing on the next load they were putting 10 scoops of dirt in the truck per load. Checked the size of the bucket on the bobcat and it was a 1/2 yard bucket heaped. My math came out to 10 divided by 2 = 5 yards per load. They had to agree with the math and took out 8 loads. If I had not been watching what they were doing and checked the bucket size they would have taken only 4 loads, half as much as they really needed to. They did flatten out the area from which they were scooping though grading was not part of the deal and did a very good job of cleaning up the driveway and street where they were loading. read more
