His name was Blake, and from the moment I walked in he was incredibly personable and engaging. He asked if I was looking for anything in particular, and I said no, I was just really looking for some [more] toys to play with while at my desk at work. He was as excited as I was to find me something fun that I didn't already have. Honestly, what better attribute could someone selling toys have, than LOVING toys? While walking me around to the various areas, showing me some of his favorites and asking me what I already had, he gave me a history lesson on the store and the founder Josh. He even noticed my name on my ID and told me "oh Josh's mother's name is Mary" and we laughed because I have a son Josh as well. In conclusion, Blake turned what would have just been a fun trip (I mean, who doesn't like playing with toys?) into a great trip and made a Josh's forever customer here. Well done!
