Want to tell this story from years back to explain why I love Lego and this store in particular. When I was young they had monthly free builds here where you could come in and get a free mini Lego set. Went almost every month with my little brother. Kept going with him after he was diagnosed with cancer. Near the end he couldn't make it to the store as much but he loved it so much my parents called the store to see if they could pick up a free set. They gave us enough sets for all of us siblings, a T-shirt for him, a card, and stuffed animal (he loved those too). Today is the anniversary of the day he passed, and we're going through his memory box. Saw the pieces from the last set and his favorite duck in there. Thank you Lego. Thank you so much. read more

The Lego Store, really all it is is a bunch of Legos .... or is it? I mean yes, that's what it is, but the sets that you can buy these days are insane! Staff was very Covid aware and only let a set # of people in the store at a time. Only when people finished did they let more people enter. Size of store is similar to that of other Lego stores and selection is similar as well, typically when you are in historic cities they will have some themed sets based on your location, and this Lego store is no different. Options for just about every price point you can imagine, covering from the $ price range to the $$$$ price range (see the high end Millenium Falcon from Star Wars Fame). They also have sets for every skill set as well, from the very young inexperienced to the master lego assembler. I have been to many Lego stores around the world and the one at the Burlington Mall is one of the best in the US for an AFOL. First, the series minifigs were sorted so that you could buy the ones you wanted with reasonable certainty. Although LEGO probably frowns on this, I for one, bought many more because I only wanted certain parts or certain minifigs. Second, thankfully, they had a baseplate with all the elements that they had in stock, both in front and it the back. That is incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't need any PAB. Their in-stock set selection was good also. However, I didn't know whether my visit coincided with re-stock day or whether this was normal. The employees were super, super friendly and had just the right amount of "do you need some help" while allowing me to just browse and take in the ambiance of the store. Definitely one of my favorite Lego stores in the US. read more

As a big fan of the Creators series I would frequent the Lego store primarily the Natick and South Shore location to see what they have to offer. On a visit here at the Burlington Lego, my family had an awful experience. We entered the store walking pass a staff at the entrance who ignored our presence which is fine. What's not acceptable is that she then greeted subsequent guests. I know this selective type of customer service does not reflect LEGO's value but I have to give this review due to the awful unwelcoming experience. read more

When the mall goes out of business this is the one store I will haggle with over fixtures. There are larger-than-life lego pieces that will probably end up in my living room one day soon. Love Legos and love Lego store. This store is awesome, they have many assembled large Lego sets that's on display and changes very often, I love visiting them to see what's new they have on display. The newest are the Lord of the Rings series! There is a decent variety of boxed sets to choose from, and some lose pieces that can be played with and assembled in store. The store is always filled with excitements from Lego enthusiasts and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. read more

Well I think this Lego deserves a review after so many excellent experiences. This Lego store is most likely like any other Lego Store where it sells... LEGO!!! Surprise for anyway who expect more like the first reviewer. This is a very good store has all the latest Lego and stuff and can get packed during shopping seasons. =D It's neat and very kids friendly. But the reason why I'm giving it 5 stars is because of the employees I have had interactions with. They are great! They know their stuff, loves Lego themselves, a few are experts and knows quite a lot. They are always so friendly and helpful and they know when not to intrude when you don't desire it. Sometimes when there's not so much customers they would even discuss about Lego (if you're a fan) and even tell you how you might find the right mini-figure. Basically always have fun there shopping for my son and you don't get negative vibes from the employees. If you got Lego questions... Paul is one of the experts there. read more

The Lego Store has a great array of kits and a very helpful staff. The wall of bricks along the back are great way to load up with specific types for free form creations. The COOLEST part is the "Build Your MiniFig" station. The staff will let you play around, just creating. Well worth the stop when visiting the mall read more

Fantastic store. All Lego stores are pretty much the same, its the service you get from these chain stores that make you want to come back. I go to this store quite often and each time I'm greeted the moment I set foot into the store. The last time I was there, it was school vacation week and the store was full of kids. Even then, the store was clean and controlled. Controlled chaos if you will. Even with long lines, they moved quickly and efficiently. I did a few exchanges on duplicate gifts my son got and the transaction went very smoothly. There's not much to say about a small retail store that only sell one thing. I would give it zero if I have the option. I was there to try to find the missing pieces of my daughter's "Friends" series-41340. The staff (young, with beard, 6'1) said I should find them online on LEGO.com then go to the bottom of the page. That is fine. I went on LEGO.com and had trouble to enter the customer info, then I went to this guy to look for his help. He said "we don't deal with LEGO.com or any LEGO online stuff, we only handle LEGO store" even without looking or trying to help. The staff at the Lego store is always very friendly, and in most cases, they're as much a fan of lego as any customer might be. When a new set is released, you can count of this store having it on release day. If a set isn't in stock, they'll usually give you an idea of when the next shipment will arrive, if the set has been discontinued, or if the set is only available from the website. read more

I went into this lego store for the first time in November, was floored by the amount of merchandise and of course, the Lego Wall, which is like the JellyBelly Jelly Bean Wall, you want some of all of them! Great idea for getting pieces you are missing from new sets (my son and husband are on their way there now, a piece was missing from a large new set). This rivals any toy store, the people working in the store were knowledgeable of the products, pleasant, and no snippy clerks who just were working a Christmas job and hating it! read more
