Trying to reach customer service has been extremely frustrating, and the lack of transparency and communication throughout this process has been disappointing. I will be sticking with Fat Brain Toys moving forward, where I have consistently had great experiences and have never encountered issues like this.

This is the second year that my company has planned a month-long Toys for Tots event…read more This is also the second year that Toys for Tots has postponed picking up the toys, and ultimately NEVER came to pick them up. I am hoping that they had so many stops that we got lost in the pile of donations... It is really disappointing when people donate so many things for children and the organization never shows up to take them. A few of us are loading up our cars and driving the toys to the local church so families can enjoy them.
