Employee Amarvir helped us-- he was very patient and a great help in pointing out features and helping us make a final decision. We purchased a lift chair that day and I am so happy with it at home. Access delivered the chair 2 days later, set it up and all is well! Really good customer service. I do recommend this place for walkers, wheel chairs and the like.

Instead of working with Multicare, they've billed me when I had full insurance coverage. I thought I pay then go to small claims as they initially failed to acquire documentation from the doctor. They are beyond unhelpful. They are quite simply rude. I decided to pay and avoid the 50+ hours of work to initiate small claims. Plus, Id have to sue Multicare allowing the judge to affix responsibility. I'll still contact Multicare Concern and Grievance department. I'm beyond upset with Norco. Their main office is in Overland Park, Kansas. Maybe they'll care about treatment toward patients. There is no way anyone could no if Norco will drop the ball leaving a patient with a debt they do not reserve. Please, do not allow Norco to contract on behalf of a hospital or prescribing physicians. Research other oxygen subcontractors. Go elsewhere.

My doctor told me to get 2 shots 6 months apart but they said 3 shots 2 of them within 1 month and the last 6 months later. After looking online it seems my doctor was right. It really doesn't look good when you allow someone to schedule an appointment, don't have the medicine when they show up and give them bad information. Its you're job to keep good records and I saw plenty of evidence of bad record keeping.
