But I give this place 3 stars for the fact that even if you HAVE an appointment, you'd still be waiting just as much as those that walked in... uhhh what? And I give it 2 stars for the fact that it's hit or miss in terms of wait time. Sometimes you wait a decent amount before your name is called (and I think 30-45 minutes is decent since I mostly walk in). Other times it's like they forget about you. Even after you're called into the room, it could be another 45 minutes before anyone even look in on you. In fact, sometimes there might even be a knock on the door to check if there is someone inside!!! The doctors are all nice, some take more time than others, but all are quick to address any concerns you might have. So on average... 3.5/5.0

They are denying service by your longtime providers, leaving them soley for new patients. Older patients are forced to see young doctors, who often are unaware of exsisting health issues and lack badic compassion. I have never been left in the waiting room for a long time. Once, they doctor was running a few minutes behind because of an unexpected something or other, and the nurse actually came back and told me that she was running behind. What a concept!! There are so many doctors that will just leave you sitting for who knows how long and then the doctor just walks in like nothing happened...that doesn't occur here. 3. The staff is so friendly! 4. In the last 2 years, I had to have a re vision surgery and he couldn't fix me either all because of Meade! I am now at home, depressed every day of my life, I walk only to where I have to with pain. My love for life is gone! Last I saw Meade was 10 month after surgery with a swollen knee and he drained it, gave me a cortisone shot and sent me on my way. I had the first meeting with him and his selling bullshit how he was gonna fix me so I can live my 2nd half like my 1st.. After that 10 meeting mark, I saw the 2nd Dr. And said my knee needed immediate revision. Dr. Meade is a liar, he cares about how many patients he does and not about the patient themselves! He has know idea who I am anymore and how I sit and stare out the window with tears in my eyes everyday with that man in my head! Use someone else!! Don't go thru what I went thru!
