And I give it 2 stars for the fact that it's hit or miss in terms of wait time. Sometimes you wait a decent amount before your name is called (and I think 30-45 minutes is decent since I mostly walk in). Other times it's like they forget about you. Even after you're called into the room, it could be another 45 minutes before anyone even look in on you. In fact, sometimes there might even be a knock on the door to check if there is someone inside!!! The doctors are all nice, some take more time than others, but all are quick to address any concerns you might have. So on average... 3.5/5.0

I have never been left in the waiting room for a long time. Once, they doctor was running a few minutes behind because of an unexpected something or other, and the nurse actually came back and told me that she was running behind. What a concept!! My love for life is gone! Last I saw Meade was 10 month after surgery with a swollen knee and he drained it, gave me a cortisone shot and sent me on my way. I had the first meeting with him and his selling bullshit how he was gonna fix me so I can live my 2nd half like my 1st.. After that 10 meeting mark, I saw the 2nd Dr. And said my knee needed immediate revision. Dr. Meade is a liar, he cares about how many patients he does and not about the patient themselves!
