Dr Vipul Makwana MD and staff in the hospital, did a great job getting me well. Nurses and Neurology team Dr Anthony Rainey MD helped so much. Thank you

Nice to look at while waiting

We had a procedure there yesterday. I was hesitant with finding the building and the office but with the help with all of the girls and the guys we got there quickly. You had to be there to experience that but we did get there expeditiously. With all of the experiences that we've had in all of 40 years this has been one of the best experiences we've had on a preventative office visit. I can't wait till I'm 65 and it's time for me. Most of the girls that are have been there at least 15 years and all are in a very good mood, it makes me think we've chosen the wrong profession.

I couldn't tell you? Maybe a plastic toy deep fried and left outside.

I was transferred to this hospital recently on October 5, 2025 after getting badly injured resulting in a broken arm and breaking my weight-bearing bone in my left knee.

Addressing Labor & Delivery and Post Partum portion of the hospital…read more 1: Respecting request We asked for them to not do a few things and they did the complete opposite. To go into further detail 1) We requested for them to not give our child "sugar water" but they did so without asking permission or even addressing us the parents. 2) We asked for them to not give the mother anything else besides the epidural but then they decided to hook up "oxyTocin" without asking for consent or even making it known that they were going to. 3) A big subject that we requested was that there be no students in the room or doing anything operational wise. Which then they proceeded to have a student not only do the insertion of the epidural but they also were coming in and out to observe and help. And that is just 3 of the 6 things that we requested 2: Lying When we asked for me, "the dad" to be able to oversee the circumcision they told me that I was unable to because they didn't permit it, but then the surgeon that was going to be doing the operation then told me that yes I could and allowed me. While they did keep things sterilized and were pretty accommodating at times overall if you ask me I would not recommend going there to give birth

This hospital is really shady. My brother was in for advanced cirrhosis of the liver (basically…read moredying). They sent him home after three days. About two weeks later, he went in via ambulance, and they said he "discharged himself", quickly covering their butts by adding "against medical advice". Bull! The nurses don't care; all the doctor had to say was, "I'm sorry". The first time we picked my brother up, WE HAD TO ASK FOR A WHEELCHAIR. He can barely walk. I mean, really? Stay away.

Every single staff member including the doctors, nurses, aids, etc. were caring, compassionate, engaged and competent. I am grateful for all they did for my Mom and my family and that she and we were able to have the painful experience with such a wonderful facility and group of individuals.

We were told initially the kidney stone was all they found during testing. (I realize these are painful) Over the next few days she became more & more confused & we were told she had sepsis. Then a day later we were told she had a mass. The way she cried out in pain for an hour at a time, screaming "God help me" , we had to chase the staff down to get her pain meds and still had to wait an hour. Would a doctor let their own mother scream in pain for an hour? This happened 3 times!!! I was holding my mother's hand by her bedside to console her & the cleaning lady that came in to clean the floor demanded I sit down so she could clean, I'm worried about my mother's life, I'm sure the floor can wait. My friend looked at me like did she really just say that?!?! When we decided hospice was the next choice we had a friend who advocated for us to go to the St Luke's Hospice house. We had a meeting with the doctor & palliative care staff, they really didn't answer any of our questions. When asked why my mother is now passing away from a kidney stone, their answer was a multitude of reasons. Very vague. She had to stay there yet overnight because of transportation purposes. We were told they would keep her comfortable every 2 hours with pain meds. I didn't want to leave her, but i needed to go home to get a few hours of sleep. I came back at 8 am and found her with a mouth full of mucus she was choking on as she was trying to yell out in pain. I asked the nurse when she had her pain meds last and the response was "i think at 4:00 am". What?!?!?? I think???? I had to ask to have her mouth suctioned out and it took over 20 min to a half hour until they came in to help . These are the final memories that will always haunt us. I do have to give the credit where it's due, we had several amazing nurses who sincerely care about their patients. They were amazing. But I will never step foot in this hospital again.

We had to double park, then go into the building and search out someone who knew something about the parking. No big deal. They had to bring in 3 different carts of equipment to get my husbands vitals. the first two sets of equipment didn't work. Again, everyone is short staffed, right? The equipment the surgeon requested months in advance, and that was required for the surgery we were there for, wasn't on the premises. The surgeon had to rearrange his schedule while they hunted it down and got it to the hospital. After getting up at the crack of dawn, and not eating, when hubs finally went into surgery just before 2pm, there was no food available in the facility. I had to walk over to the fairgrounds. I can't think of anything that went right. It would have all been ok if the surgery gone well, but I believe the surgeon was unduly stressed by the lack of support by the facility. Unless they make significant changes, I'd say steer clear of this hospital.
