I also found out that they were 3 times higher than other companies. I got his name and number from my vet actually so I had to cancel the appointment because water was pouring out of my ceiling which I thought was a roofing issue from my porch. It turned out that it was a heating pipe that split. My daughter told me that the floor upstairs was soaked. I ran upstairs I pulled up the carpet and it was scolding to the touch. There was a lot of steam coming off the floor. I ended up calling the fire company going way over the extreme, but by that point I had already called Dale Rimmer. He ended up getting here as fire company was leaving ( which was 20 minutes ) He did explain on the phone that it was probably just steam coming off the floor. He remained with me at the house until I had somebody able to come out and fix the pipe( the fire company turned off my boiler as it was pouring water into my house). I'm also leaving a review for my Fire company. I've never needed them in all my years living here, but they were downright amazing and the same thing with the police downright amazing. I cannot be thankful enough for my community and the fact that Dale was the voice a reason and calmness in my crazy day.!!!

Several siding contractors we called said they only did siding. Dale said he had contractors that he has worked with for years that could do the stone work and build the new porch. Dale was involved during the entire process and the stone mason and carpenter he brought in were great. The porch and stone work turned out better than we expected. We also had a new flagstone walkway installed and our deck refurbished. The new siding, gutters and downspouts completed the makeover of our home's exterior. Dale was personally involved and was quick to answer and questions or concerns we had. All of the people took pride in their work and the results show it.

As it began to melt, water began dripping and puddling on my windowsill. This was several years ago, when the house was practically brand new. A window repairman had told me I would need to hire a contractor, that the problem was likely a siding issue, something to do with a J-channel. I found these guys. First, they charged me $200 just for the estimate and then another $1000 for the job. Cash. The job, per contract, was to involve removing the siding from all around the window in order to find where the leak was coming from and then remediating it. I was told the job was going to require a whole crew and that it would take 4 hours, the reason for the high price. The job was scheduled for a Friday. Got a call on Thursday from Gary that the crew couldn't come Friday, but that he could come out on Saturday, if I'd like, and he could do the job himself. He showed up Saturday with his wife, Maria, who always seemed to tag along. No truck. No ladder. Just a caulk gun. Confused and sort of in shock, I watched him straddle the windowsill and cram caulk all up in there under the siding around my window and walk away with my money. I had already paid somebody $50 to caulk as a temporary fix, someone who actually came with a tall ladder so that he could actually see what he was doing, not just feel it. And they knew this. Another caulk job was unnecessary and not what the contract encompassed, and now from the expansion and contraction of the caulk, several years later, the siding popped loose and is now buckling and bowing out. I was stupid to pay them anything that day, let alone $1000, but I thought they'd have some integrity and hand it all back. They did not. I now need to hire someone to pull all that siding off and do what I already paid these people to do. Maria, his wife, is an immature and unashamed liar. She's been texting ever since I left my G review. She's convinced $1000 for an unnecessary re-caulking is fair. Let that sink in. Once he figured out how to remove the panes, he probably spent 5 minutes straddling my windowsill with a caulk gun. The $1000 estimate was for a crew, not a caulk job. There's no way they didn't notice the shock and disappointment on my face. No way. And I'm not letting it slide. I need to hire someone who will actually follow through on a job, not take shortcuts and my money along with it. (See my G review.)

I haven't been on the roof to check the guttering to see how much tar paper is in them. If you hire them check every inch of your property to make sure nothing is broken and everything is cleaned up. On the day of, I received a reminder text that they were coming, a text on arrival and a text afterward confirming the work was complete. The gentleman who came out to do the work was professional, arrived in a uniform and met with me when he was done to show me before and after photos of my gutters. I very much appreciated this level of detail. He did a good job. I will be using the services of Gutter Twins in the future. I suggest others do the same.

I should have listen to my head when the red flags started to go up. First, they demanded a 30% down payment, second, they said it would take two weeks to get to me. Nonetheless, I ignored my inner instincts and approved Job Number 3636 with the stipulation they try to see me as soon as possible since the North gutter is completely blocked and when it rains I get a 3' long waterfall running down the side of the building. 11/6/25 - They sent me a receipts showing they took out $114.75 from my credit card. (Exhibit 1) 11/6/25 - Received an email stating they had placed me on the schedule for 'Monday, November 10, 2025 arriving between 9:30 am and 10:30 am'. (Exhibit 2) 11/10/25 - Come Noon and no one showed up. I called their office and was first told they were delayed but would get to see me today. 3:00 pm, called the office again, this time they said the crew was having trouble finding my location but would get to me as soon as they figure out how to get to my house. This was utter nonsense. My address has 3 city locations that you can type in Google Map and find where I live. You can use Easton, Raubsville and Williams Township ... all will show up in google Map. They never showed up. Note I was the one calling them, they never called me to say they were not coming or delayed. 11/11/25 - Sent then screen shots of Google Map and my address, and a photo of my house. (Exhibit 3 and Exhibit 6) They sent an email saying I was schedule to get my gutters clean 'tomorrow'. 11/12/25 - Same thing, no one called and no one showed up. Now it is two days I've lost in earnings and time waiting for this company to come clean my gutters. 11/13/25 - In the morning received an email from Gutter Twins saying they were canceling the order (Exhibit 4). No explanation or reason for why they did not show up twice. Well I've had enough. Called Gutter Twin but no one picked up. Left a somewhat stern voice mail and demanded a refund of my deposit followed by an email (Exhibit 5). Completely irresponsible, have no sense of customer service, and definitely unprofessional.
