I noticed the female employee was already serving a customer and also that there was a male employee that initially looked like he was doing something but then after several seconds he was just standing around not doing anything. Because the male employee seemed busy at first doing something I stood in line for the female employee until the female asked the male if he could assist me. The whole time I'm holding the packages in my arms. All I needed was to have them scanned and to receive a receipt. So the male employee serves me at another counter. What I don't understand is why the male employee didn't take initiative and had to be told to assist me by the female employee. He was literally standing around doing nothing until he was told to help...

Do you know what he did? He tore the piece of paper (notebook lines) in 1/2 for the Sender and receiver. That package was for a client. I was so embarrassed. I haven't heard from this client since. Then HE sent one of my packages to the wrong address. He should go or be let go of. I make sure to use the older women with the glasses & a new gentlemen with outstanding customer service.
