You're taking a chance here depending who assists you. There is a young man there who lost one of my packages & completely embarrassed me with another. I came with a package and a handwritten address / sender so I transfer it on a label. He said don't worry about a label, I'll do it. He took both package & paper and gave me a receipt. Do you know what he did? He tore the piece of paper (notebook lines) in 1/2 for the Sender and receiver. That package was for a client. I was so embarrassed. I haven't heard from this client since. Then HE sent one of my packages to the wrong address. He should go or be let go of. I make sure to use the older women with the glasses & a new gentlemen with outstanding customer service. read more

Unfriendly staff. Since the Mailbox store stopped accepting prepaid packages I've been forced to drop them off here, which I dread. The staff--particularly the older woman--glower and make it clear I'm not welcome. This place is an official USPS satellite. Accepting packages is required. read more

Just got ripped off by this place. sent my husband in with a prepaid label to return an item. instead of using the prepaid label the guy somehow convinced my husband that he can just tape up the little item, throw away the prepaid label and charge my husband to ship the item and of course pay for insurance too! The item was already prepaid which included insurance!! I went in to question this and his response was that it wasn't his fault he just did what my husband wanted!!! I call BS because what my husband wanted was to send his item back using the prepaid label that included insurance! What my husband wanted was to not get ripped off! And, what I wanted was to not have smartass remarks thrown at me when I questioned this transaction!!! I guess I should have known because they lost a package I sent from there years ago. I decided to give them another chance and I won't make that mistake again!!! You know, it's bad enough when a transaction goes south but to be treated like crap on top of it is rubbing salt in wounds. Horrible customer service by the gentleman who sits by the lottery. I stood waiting for 15 minutes to get just a few copies of necessary documents. This person is on his cell phone incessantly and refused to get up even when I asked for immediate assistance. Not only is there no manners, sense of urgency or impulse, this person looks like he hasn't bathed in days. Seems this individual has no clue about helping the customer nor proper manners. I have nothing nice to say about this location and will have to go back to Staples for simple copying. read more

Normally, I receive outstanding service from Mary Jo and the other lady (who I found out does not work at this location anymore). I use the Allentown location frequently for my business. I would say these two ladies provide the excellent customer service I do for my customers. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, resourceful, and pleasant. There is a new young man working there that I have witnessed interacting with other customers. He seemed to be inconvenienced and did not offer other suggestions but let the customers guess at the choices. He did not have the same hard-working motivation that the ladies posses. He also seemed disinterested when being trained (again, I frequent this location frequently). Tonight he was polite although he got upset when the phone rang and sighed heavily with a "Jesus Christ!" before answering the phone. There were two small children present with their parent. I didn't appreciate that. The phone is part of the business and these are customers on the other end. I would welcome the business. Minuteman Press is convenient and the ladies are friendly and helpful to my needs! It's nice to be welcomed and recognized and my needs anticipated. I will give this young man another chance. If I receive the same service in the future from him, it would be a deal breaker when MaryJo isn't there. I would take my business elsewhere. Thank you for listening. read more
