Best pediatric group in the valley. Great doctors, great staff. Could not ask for a better health care provider

Some staff could be rude, disorganized, and unpleasant. I would not recommend this office if you have better choices.

This review is for one doctor specifically, everyone else there is incredible but Dr. Sarada…read moreKadewari is awful and should not be in pediatrics. She's incredibly cold and accusatory and makes you feel like the worst parent/caretaker no matter what you are doing. My MIL took my 11mo son in because he spit up and there was blood in it. Apparently that wasn't important, but the tiny little dime sized bruise on his butt was EXTREMELY concerning, to the point that she started questioning my MIL about it and saying an investigation needed to be done for abuse. Not only was she extremely rude and condescending to my MIL the entire time, when she later called me to have me corroborate the story, I explained to her that he sat down hard on a hard plastic toy, and she told me that was impossible because the diaper would cushion it and block any possibility of bruising. So then she INSISTED that we go to the EMERGENCY ROOM to get this bruise looked at. Okay, fine, maybe they'll actually show some concern about the original issue with the blood in the spit up. So the next day we take him to the ER and they practically laugh at the fact we were told to come in for the little bruise. They gave him a head to toe check for signs of abuse and immediately cleared him. They then proceeded to actually listen to our original concerns and checked him out and cleared him for that as well. So learn from our horrible experience, and make sure to request any of the amazing doctors there EXCEPT Dr. Kadewari, unless you want to be shamed for your parenting and accused of child abuse.

I was a patient here for many years, just changed doctors about two years ago. This doctors office…read morewas always very passive with injuries I had endured from playing sports. I had an lower back injury back when I was twelve from a fall that they had brushed off. It is now 9 years later and I was still having issues with my back so my new doctor sent me for an X-ray. I have a fracture in my spine that dated back to my injury. It went undiagnosed for 9 years. Bottom line, I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Then they know nothing about my daughter's medical condition and do not even call me to explain. They sent me to a specialist. Said call us to get you in faster if you don't hear from them. I have and still have not heard they called the specialist. They told me I could give my daughter Zyrtec for allergies without testing. I decided to go to an allergist to find out she is allergic to our cat! They just wanted me to not even get testing .... I called bc my daughter is having medical issues and they had the medical assistant(no bachelors degree even ) call me back... not even nurse . The nurse has told me two times that things my daughter ate is "normal" and not a worry. Now the doctors are telling me it's very concerning and I need to come in. I'm switching to a different pediatrician in st Luke's they are telling me they don't know why coopersburg is asking us to come in, she just needs bloodwork. It's very frustrating I'd avoid if you can!

Sadly it's time to walk it back from my prior rating. While the obvious thought could be that…read moresomehow the level of care received from the medical staff is lacking except that's not the issue at all. The guy my kids have seen since they were born and that we've followed to three area locations with the LVHN empire is first rate. So then what's the issue? The office staff. My most recent foray into frustration hell has them billing me for a hearing test that was never preformed. When the bill comes from the health network that my insurance is not going to cover the test (that's a whole separate non-related issue/story) my first thought is great except that the test was never done to begin with. I call the Patient Accounting number for LVHN since that's where the bill originates from and they tell me that they'll sent a note back to the practice to look into the charge and that someone from the practice will get back to me either way. That call never happens and a month later the bill shows up saying of course that it's now late. The obvious answer would be to call the practice and talk with someone about billing except you can't really do that. When you push the prompt for billing you get routed back to the centralized Patient Accounting number for the network. I did that and they said that they couldn't help me since the practice internally noted that the coding was correct except of course just because the coding for the procedure was correct still does not address the issue that the procedure never happened. To keep it short, I call the practice and eventually speak with someone who has no clue about billing but says she'll forward it to someone there who will call me back. That of course never happens. This eventually ends with another call to the centralized accounting number and after asking to speak with a manager who is horrified at the whole ordeal and takes off the charge and sends an email to the practice manager to call me ASAP about this. I got that call an hour later and while the manager is professional, she's only in that office one day a week as she manages five different practices which kind of explains a lot. Where this ends is that next month the doctor my kids see is leaving the area and moving to a different state and honestly between this hassle along with a different hassle that happened with getting some paperwork done last November, unless you really-really like the doctor your kids see here, I can't in good conscious recommend using this practice which is why we're moving on for future visits.

Dr H definitely listens to the concerns I have with my children any time I go in. She also listens…read moreto my son who is 10. The staff is friendly and it's never been a negative experience at this location
