They came early to set up, they were great with all the extra sides I ordered, they transferred the food into my chafing trays, they served the food, from the buffet, and were very friendly with the guests. When the meal was over, they boxed up all the food and cleaned up and stored it in refrigerators in my garage. They saved the day (my wedding) . I highly recommend them

Slightly later than the expected 3:30. He more than made up for the timing! The food was delicious. The pig was amazing and the onsite grilling of the chicken was both entertaining and delicious. The sides, potatoe salad, mac and cheese, and baked beans were also great! I do give special kudos to the baked beans, the best I have ever had! Ed was a joy and incredibly attentive. I will be hiring them again and look forward to it. My only recommendation is be sure to have paper products and silverware. I am not sure Ed saw that I had it already or if he forgot to bring it. Either way it was a great experience and I highly highly recommend!

After eating at their shop twice and a lot of consultation, we settled on a buffet meal of salads, appetizers, entrees and desserts that were thoroughly enjoyed by our gathering of 50. No one said the food was merely good; rather, they all RAVED! Olivia arranged for delivery and setup of the tent, tables and chairs. Joseph and his team arrived when promised and were cordial and helpful to all of our guests, especially to the older friends/family who needed some assistance. We chose a waffle bar, sausages, hashbrowns and a fruit salad. The staff was so kind and came right in time to set everything up. They served about 40 of our guests, and the food was all delicious!! They took out trash for us from time to time and cleared dirty plates. We had a birthday cake which they kindly cut for us even though I did not purchase it from the company. (We have had their cupcakes and peanut butter pie for our wedding a few years ago and they both were delicious!!) We had such a wonderful experience with them and were able to relax and enjoy our daughter's birthday with family and friends. We will be returning customers for other parties in the future!

Palomina serves as the executive chef for both establishments, while Luis Abundez serves as the chef de cuisine. My family and I visited Tapas on Main and Cachette Bistro + Creperie this past summer while we were visiting relatives in the area. We stopped by while exploring Main Street and it looked like a cool place to get brunch. Although we were all seated in Cachette's dining room, the staff said that we were allowed to order anything from either establishment's menu.
