The entire department focuses on how to screw you out of every penny instead of providing service and support to loyal customers. When you make it clear you feel like you weren't treated right. They tell you they don't care. When you tell them you will be sharing your thoughts about how you were treated online. They call you a "keyboard warrior". On my previous visit, I brought my car in because oil was dripping from the engine. I diagnosed the issue myself as probably being a cracked oil filter housing as reports are everywhere online about the issue at the same mileage. I brought the car in for a diagnostic and after they finished I was told that it was actually an improper oil change. The two resolutions I was given were to pay a 300$ diagnostic fee or 200$ for an oil change. I paid 200$ for the oil change. And one week later the oil started dripping again. I brought it back in and turns out it was infact a cracked oil filter housing, did I get a refund for my 200$ oil change? Of course not. On my most recent visit I brought the car in for a sound coming from the drivetrain. They once again did a "diagnostic" and isntead of finding the sound, they told me my brakes and tires were too loud to hear anything and that counted as the diagnostic and forced me to pay 300$. read more

The buying experience was wonderful. Attentive salesman, David Sanchez. Attentive finance man James. But the day after I bought the car that all stopped. They are supposed to be responsible for anything within 60 days. My purchase date was 7/19/2026 and I am getting close. To this day I have not had 1 answer or 1 phone call back on any of my questions from David or James. I have requested through email and text. Oh, when I was still purchasing the car they answered EVERY SINGLE text and call, all day long for a week before I made the purchase. It is not a big deal but it bothers me. My windshield wipers "jump" and "skip" during any rain little or storm. I wanted new windshield wipers. I wanted to go to a local Hyundai/Kia dealer and have them change them. I don't think it is going to happen. I work 3 jobs and can only get there Saturday and haven't had the chance to go back to North Miami from Deerfield beach. I went to look at and test-drive a 12-month-old used car (not a Hyundai). It was advertised for $42,000, but when I got there, the price had suddenly become $49,000, and they added more than $2,000 in fees on top of that, plus tax, of course. Two hours later, I bought the exact same car at another, reputable dealership -- with more options, the latest facelifted model, brand new with 0 miles -- for $1,000 less! If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. I dropped my car off on Friday, July 10, 2026 at 8am, for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I also informed the service advisor that a warning message kept appearing on the instrument cluster. I was told the vehicle would need a full diagnostic, which could take a day or two. That was not the issue. The real issue is that my car was never touched. It sat in the exact same spot where I left it, blocked in by two other vehicles, from Friday through Monday. No oil change. No tire rotation. No diagnostic. Nothing. To make matters worse, I was not offered a loaner vehicle while my car sat untouched for days. Had someone simply been honest with me from the beginning and explained that they would not be able to get to my vehicle, I would have made other arrangements and paid for my own rental car. Instead, I was left without transportation, assuming my vehicle was being worked on when it clearly wasn't. What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication and respect for my time. If the shop was backed up, be honest. If the diagnostic couldn't be started right away, at least perform the basic maintenance I scheduled or tell me you couldn't get to it. Instead, my vehicle sat untouched for days while I was left believing progress was being made. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Keeping a customer's vehicle for days without performing even the most basic scheduled maintenance shows a serious lack of organization, accountability, and customer care. I trusted this dealership with my vehicle, and they failed to do even the minimum. I will not be returning, and I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing their vehicle here for service. This dealership expects you to finance but if you want to buy the car cash they will jack the price up by almost 3k...I agreed to finance instead and pay off early. When it came time to meet with the finance manger he said GAP insurance had to be purchased along with lifetime maintenance from them so they wouldn't loose too much money which was never mentioned by the salesperson, Yanire Shirley. When we decided to go back to looking at a cash value that's when the price went way up and the finance manager insultingly offered only $500 off... we wasted nearly three hours here. I would give 0 stars, I was sold a top of the line Hyundai palisade supposed to be certified pre owned, in addition I bough an extended warranty and gap insurance. it was never registered. my car needs an engine, due to a discrepancy with purchase documents, some pages reflect certified pre owned, some reflect it's not, my extended warranty won't pay for an engine replacement, since those documents say certified pre owned. and Hyundai won't pay for the engine replacement because of the document discrepancy. Hyundai corporate told me it was my responsibility to know when on 30plus pages of purchase documents it should have said; or had check marks, showing certified preowned. I have no recourse for getting this fixed since they said the lehman Hyundai went out of business, and the current Does not have access to fix the documents. It turns out that they never sent it to Hyundai Motor Finance. And now whenever I call the dealership's finance department, I get sent to voicemail and never receive a callback. I visited Hyundai North Miami to test drive a vehicle and had an extremely unpleasant experience. While the salesperson I was working with was professional and helpful, the overall atmosphere of the dealership was terrible. It was so bad that I left before we could even get close to making a deal. The showroom environment was chaotic and unprofessional. Other people in the showroom--who appeared to be employees, possibly sales or finance staff--were incredibly loud and disruptive. The music was blaring to the point where I could barely hear the salesperson or the finance manager when they spoke to me. To make matters worse, while I was in the middle of a conversation with the finance person, the staff suddenly made an extremely loud commotion to celebrate a car sale. The noise was startling and completely inappropriate, especially with customers trying to conduct business. I have been to many car dealerships over the years, and this was by far the loudest and most inconsiderate environment I have ever experienced. There seemed to be little to no concern for customer comfort or professionalism. This was my first visit to a Hyundai dealership, and if this location is any indication of how the brand operates, I will not be returning. For several weeks, Nelson contacted me via text message to follow up on my interest in a Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. From the very beginning, I was very transparent and explicit about my budget: I stated multiple times that I would only move forward with a lease at $500 per month. Despite Nelson initially telling me that this price point might be difficult for a vehicle of this size, he eventually urged me to come into the dealership, implying that we could make the deal happen. I explicitly told him: "Do not have me come in for nothing if you cannot meet my $500 budget." He assured me it was fine and encouraged me to visit. Unfortunately, after making the trip, it became clear that the dealership had no intention of honoring my budget. While the process was long and at times stressful, their communication throughout was excellent, which made a big difference. I went to Hyundai of North Miami this weekend to start looking at cars in advance of my lease running out on my Mazda and wanted to consider Hyundai in my search. Sales Associate Bryan introduced himself to us at the door and offered to answer any questions we had. I asked to look at the Santa Fe and he just pointed at it. He went away and then offered to answer any questions we had and then went away again. He started assisting another customer (which was fine, there were a number of other customers in at the time). However, this is when everything went sideways was a few minutes later. I was looking at the Tucson on the floor but the doors were locked. So I went to what I think was the manager's desk near the front door and asked a woman and man sitting at the desk if I could look in the car. And the lady started drilling me with questions "is someone helping you?" And I advised Bryan was. And she said the same Bryan sitting in the office? And I said yes. She then said "that can't be the case because he's helping another customer". I then said I really don't care, I just need someone to unlock the door of the car as I want to see if it's a car I'm interested in. She said I could look at it but couldn't figure out how to get the door open and started fiddling with about 10-15 keys with the man sitting with her previously and they started walking to the back of the dealership with no further explanation to me. Buying a car at this dealership was fine, it's like any other dealership. You go in, negotiate a car, and leave with a new car. The aftersales for this dealership has been abysmal. I was sold a car with two keys at the beginning of April. The next day I find out that one of the keys that came with the car is for a different car and does not work for the car I was sold. Since April 5th, until today May 6th, I have called the dealership 8 times and have gone in physically 4 separate times and I still do not have a solution. The last conversation I had with the sales staff I was told I would get a call from the general manager, two days later and I am still waiting. They advertised a car online for a price and when we called to verify that the car was there and that was the price, we were told that the car was available and that they would even take an additional $1000 off the price. **BUYERS BEWARE** My partner attempted to purchase a 2024 Hyundai Tucson w/ 3k miles on it. After negotiating the MSRP price down to $29,999, over the phone since we live in the Tampa Bay Area, we asked what the out the door price would be after tax/tag/title/admin fees added. Bryan (salesman) advised that the car would now nearly be $38k. After requesting the buyers statement to see the fees, we noticed that a $2,995 reconditioning/accessory fee had been added. We asked what this was, since the vehicle literally has 3k miles and reconditioning isn't needed and we advised we didn't want that package. Bryan stated, "the package is required and if you dont pay for the package, there will be NO SALE!" After contacting the corporate headquarters for this dealership, Ani (customer care specialist) returned to inform us the dealership advised "tax/tag/title" fees would not be removed or amended. We aren't asking for those fees to be adjusted. we're asking for the accessories package to be removed. We even emailed the GM after he commented on Dane's review requesting us to reach out, and he had Jason (manager) to call us and he basically stated the fees would not be removed, either pay them or don't buy the car!! I recently decided to end my lease early and have bought a car else where, they tell me I have to pay $400 extra because I didn't get a new lease with them. I took my car for diagnostics service on Tuesday afternoon. They told me that I would have the results by next day the most at closing time. I actually did not get the diagnostics results until Thursday morning. I agreed with the repair quote and they told me that they have the part in stock and that the repair should take about 8hrs so the car should have been ready that same or Friday the latest. As of today Saturday my car is not ready yet. My advisor is off, I tried to contact the service department and every time they transfer you around until reaching a voicemail that nobody returns. I called for a third time and requested a manager. Manager called me back, I gave him all my information and he said he would call me shortly with an update. I was never called back. This deal started off too good to be true and turned into a headache. I found a vehicle I liked and Javier was assigned to be my car salesman. He gave me a price over the phone and a trade in price that I honestly could not complain about. I made the drive to the store and the numbers were the same and Javier was very smooth with making the deal. I asked Javier if there was a difference between the certified and the certified pre owned and he said nothing except they charge more to title it as a pre owned certified. He said the warranty and every thing was the same. The vehicle that I was buying was a dealer vehicle with 3k miles. After completing the sale, I contacted Hyundai's customer service to confirm what the salesman said about the warranty. I was told that only a pre owned certified has the 10 year/ 100000 power train warranty and vehicles listed as used do not. Thought that was strange due to it being a year old DEALER VEHICLE. But regardless It would have been nice if the salesman had told me the facts about the warranty. After this, I went to the finance guy who was lying to try to get me to buy packages (saying that if I changed my own oil or if I took it anywhere but a Hyundai dealer for a oil change that the vehicle factory warranty would be void). I did not fall for that nonsense. The finance guy also did manage to sneak in a $400 fee that was not verbally disclosed. I noticed the additional fee afterwards while I was reviewing the paperwork, but at that point the finance guy had left for the night. The last thing that happened was that the vehicle that we traded in had different bolts holding the license plate. After we completed the sale, the salesman realized that they were unable to get the license plate off. During this encounter, Javier our salesman, had mentioned that it was imperative that we get the license plate back to the tag agency in a timely matter in order to avoid that we get our licenses suspended. Javier said that it was no issue and that he would have the license plate mailed to me the next day. Three weeks later, and I have not received the license plate back. I have emailed twice, called a hand full of times, left voicemails, texted Javier many times, and even attempted to escalate this to a manager several times and no response. Every time I call the dealer and ask to speak to a supervisor, I get transferred to a voicemail. Over all it was a good deal that I got for the vehicle and trade in, but that came with a huge lack of transparency and a headache. read more

I have called and left messages everyday for 2 weeks straight , with no answer. So, I come in on a Saturday, to talk in person and I still can't get an answer because accounting doesn't work on the weekends. I came to this dealership because they were way more friendly than Potamkin Hyundai, but at least Potamkin was always responsive when I had to deal with them and I never had any issues with follow through. They were just rude, so I preferred to not deal with them Despite how rude they are, I assure you that when it's time to renew my lease, I will rather go back to Potamkin than Lehman. There lack of follow through is epic! And, I am not thrilled that due to their lack of follow through, my previous car financing company has now reported my account in negative standing with the credit bureaus and has tagged on additional fees, which I am positive Lehman will not pay, so I am on the hook for those fees. Zero stars! I have been trying to call for hours for a mess up on my auto sales. NO one ever answers the phone and if they do they put you on hold and leave you there! My car was taken here by a tow truck because of a flat. We waited to be seen by the service people, and they had us wait for about 45 mins just so we could leave them the keys. We noticed that they were seeing people who came in before us. They said they'd give me a call when my car is done. I didn't get a call. My car stayed in the dealership for the night. The next day I called to ask about my car. They told me they left me a voice-mail. I don't have any voice-mail from them. When I had time to get my car, we waited for about another 30 minutes. I took my Hyundai in for a tire replacement due to sidewall damage. Because the tire is low-profile, I knew it would be expensive. The tire was $400, and they did an alignment and something else. I walked out with a $1000 bill for one tire. It was my fault; I agreed to the price because I wanted the work done ASAP to get my car back. When they returned with my car, which they had for 24 hours, it would not start because of a software update. I had to wait for the update to be able to get on my way. They changed all the settings on my car, and the steering wheel and seat, which are both white, had greasy fingerprints all over them. I am disappointed with the service read more
