I came to this location specifically as the had the model of vehicle I wanted. My sales person was Chris Berry. I found him to be helpful and overall easy to work with. I ended up walking away with the car I wanted, satisfied with the experience, and happy with the deal I got. We also bonded over both being from the Midwest area and he generously included all-weather floor mats since I was to be returning to that area. I ended up accidentally leaving my drivers license at the dealership. I was leaving town the next morning and at the airport I couldn't find my license. I knew it was either at home or I may have left it at the dealership since there were a lot of times I needed my license out. I did not hear anything from them immediately or the next few days and assumed it was at home. The moment I returned four days later I looked around and could not find my license. I ended up calling to check and the dealership said they had my license. When I asked why no one had called me the response was that it wasn't their responsibility to let me know. I understand that the onus is on me to keep track of my license but I felt like there was no interest or care to help out a customer who just spend several tens of thousands of dollars to purchase a vehicle from their location. The person who answered the phone seemed unsympathetic and had very poor customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and was transferred but went to voicemail. I left a voicemail asking for a call back but did not receive any call. I ended up going in person to get my license and to pick up the floor mats the following day. Chris was there and he was able to assist me and was apologetic. I also had discovered that one of the windows had tint peeling and he said he would arrange for it to be replaced at my convenience. I am happy with my experience with Chris and would give him 5 stars. However, I am dissatisfied with the remainder of my sales experience, hence the 3 stars. I've been driving Toyota since I've been able to drive and this is my third Toyota now. While their vehicle quality remains stellar, their customer service has overall deteriorated.

About a month ago, my husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, working directly with Facundo. During the sales process, we were verbally told we were agreeing to a 24-month loan, payments of approximately $500/month, and financing around 4.99% interest. We put down $9,000 in cash, which completely disappeared. Our automatic payment was withdrawn from our bank account, and it was $587, not the amount we believed we had agreed and signed to.That immediately sent us into panic mode, so we started digging. What we discovered was HORRIFYING. The financing paperwork reflected a 70-MONTH loan, not 24 months, and an interest rate closer to 10%, not 4.99%. But it gets worse. When the lender later sent over documentation, we discovered signatures were completely forged, and the email address associated with the electronic documents was not my husbands email - this was done to prevent him from receiving the copies of the DocuSign directly. Let that sink in. When we contacted the dealership expecting someone to explain or help correct what appeared to be serious discrepancies, we were met with arrogance, zero accountability, and complete dismissal. Instead of helping, we were told that if we wanted certain add-ons canceled, we had to do it ourselves--even though those products were sold to us during the deal. And Thomas (the supposed manager's) response? "See you in court." So that is exactly the route we are now taking. We are actively retaining a consumer attorney and filing formal complaints with the state. Their SunBiz corporation is INACTIVE! This has been financially devastating, emotionally exhausting, and one of the most disturbing consumer experiences we've ever had. Absolutely disgraceful.

    1 Star - Misleading Pricing, Warranty Games, Buyers Beware…read more This dealership plays games from the very beginning. The Jeep was advertised online for $27,800. When I arrived at the dealer, the price suddenly jumped to over $36,000 because of ridiculous added fees. I walked away because it was completely unreasonable. A few days later, they called me back saying I could get the same car for $31,000. That alone tells you everything. They constantly change the numbers and try to squeeze a higher commission instead of being transparent. It only got worse after the purchase. I bought the Jeep with 27,300 miles and was clearly told I had a 3-month or 3,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty, plus a 7-year powertrain warranty. When I tried to use the warranty, I was told I had to pay a $100 diagnostic fee, warned the issue might not be covered, and suddenly my bumper-to-bumper warranty was reduced to 2000 miles instead 3000 The excuse was that the contract conveniently shows 28,300 miles, even though the vehicle was sold to me at 27,300 miles. That mileage discrepancy was never disclosed and directly shortened the warranty life. On top of that, this so-called certified vehicle came with warning lights on the dashboard and serious mechanical noise, yet the dealer refused to take responsibility or help in any meaningful way. Advice to buyers: bring your own mechanic, do not trust online pricing, do not rely on verbal promises, and read every line of the contract. Between the price manipulation, mileage discrepancy, and warranty runaround, this feels intentional, not accidental. Buy elsewhere

He was incredibly diligent--answered our billion questions (seriously). His patience and professionalism made the whole process feel easy. That said, the dealership itself could use some improvement. The facility felt cramped--too many salespeople hustling for attention in a tight showroom, which made it a bit chaotic at times. It seemed like there were more reps than cars, Art however went the extra mile and met us at our car as soon as we showed up so we weren't fought over by salesmen. If the facility was bigger and less crowded, I might have considered giving a 5 star and for me that's saying a lot being a car dealership. Overall, I'd absolutely recommend working with Art if you're in the market for a new vehicle--his customer service is top tier. Just be prepared for a busy showroom environment. Still, the pros (mainly Art) greatly outweighed the cons for us.

At one point, something actually got wedged between the steering wheel and the seat while I was driving, and I almost crashed. That alone was terrifying. The number of recalls has also been insane. It feels like the vehicle is constantly being called back for another problem. I honestly don't understand how anyone would buy a Kia Telluride, especially the Prestige model. It feels like it's held together with glue and duct tape. This has easily been one of the worst vehicle experiences I've ever had. Between the reliability issues and the frustration with service, I would never purchase another Kia again and definitely not from this dealership. Never again.

When I arrived, they showed me around the lot and showed me all the features of the car (which was alot). The car drove perfectly and since my credit wasn't perfect, they worked with me and walked me through the financing process and put me in contact with a credit union that I was able to be approved with. My overall experience was great as I know shopping for a car can be stressful. I would definately come back when I am in need of something new. I was introduced to the owner and it turned out to be a friendly family run business. I will definately reffer all my friends and family to this dealership as I have been to others in the area and I didn't get the same attention as a customer in the market for a car.

Well all I can said is the Lord put soooo many road blocks in my way of not getting the car but I did not heed his warnings. I received the car on 12/1/2018 around 8:25 pm. The transport guy couldn't keep the car running long enough to get it off the back of the trailer, that was a red flag, I texted Jose, no response. Husband checks the keys we received and we have two for the ignition and one for the trunk, where is the one to lock the door, I text Jose, he doesn't response. Well I purchased the car to surprise my husband as he told me he really wanted the car. Once my husband got home I warned that the car would not start. Well he and I both figured it needed gas, so we go up the road to get gas come back to a locked gas cap and no key, I text Jose, again no response. Well my husband is not inspecting the car as it is his new toy and he notices rust in the trunk and a roach. We were both like WTF! He then looks at this "NEW PAINT JOB" lets just say there are faded spots, sun spots, dents, and dings everywhere on this car, text Jose again no response. Fast forward to Sunday 12/2/2018, my mechanic shows up to the house to take a look. Well here are a list of things needed for the car....weather strips for the entire car, found this out because my husband attempted to drive the car less than a mile up the road to get gas and we live in Ocala Florida so its raining and behold the windshield is leaking water..all in his an my mechanics lap, BTW the car cut off like 3 times on the way to get gas. We have to get new locks for both doors...oh a new carbonator. Ohhhhh and my number one favorite item that needs fixing is there are no interior lights. (Slaps hand on face). By this time I am texting Jose notifying him of each thing that is wrong with this car and the frustration and disappointment. I am now trying to negotiate a buy back of not the full amount but less $1,000 and we pay to ship it back separately. Wellll finally Monday Jose calls I tell him all these issues and.....of course Jose says we don't do business this way as far as a buy back or money back......I'm thinking well damn but you do business to sell me a car that isn't working properly and literally when it rains it pours into the car, with no keys to lock, no key to get in the gas cap (BTW my husband was able to get that off after some twisting) and rusting on the inside. Oh and Jose said well it was running when it left LOL yeah for like 5 minutes and it cuts off. Well come to think of it the Instagram videos for cars he posts running are only a couple of seconds long which is something to think about.. All I can say is shame on me for trusting the word of this man but as I would tell anyone, no good is going come to you from you doing business the way you did me and my husband JOSE!

Mauricio repeatedly assured us the title was completely clean and the vehicle had no accident history. After we paid and took the car home, we discovered serious undisclosed issues. We are now working with an attorney and have reported the dealership to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, the Attorney General's office, and Adult Protective Services for deceptive sales practices targeting a senior citizen. The car was in a severe accident. My parents ask him several times if the car has been in an accident he kept online and telling them no it has never been in an accident, just because you have a Carfax that has clean. It doesn't mean that that car has never been in an accident. He lied to my elderly parents. there is a picture of them believing that the car has never been involved in an accident and the other pictures show, their reality and the gravity of the accident before fixing the car to sell it to customers .
