    Title: Extremely Disappointed with Post-Sale Service On March 25, 2025, my wife and I purchased a 2025 Chrysler Pacifica cash, from Miami Lakes Auto mall's Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership. Unfortunately, the experience after the sale has been frustrating and disappointing. When the vehicle was delivered, it was missing the floor mats and the owner's manual. Our salesman, Luis, assured us the mats would be ordered immediately and arrive within a week. Weeks later, after multiple texts and follow-ups, I finally picked up four mats--but the third-row mat was still missing. Despite sending several polite messages, I have received no response from Luis since April 12. It's clear the mats were never ordered; they were likely pulled from another vehicle. To this day, I still don't have a complete set of mats or the owner's manual. Even a letter to Mr. Albert Lopez went unanswered--no courtesy call, nothing. The level of attention and communication promised before the sale vanished the moment the deal was done. All I'm asking for is what should have been included: a full set of floor mats and the owner's manual. Buyer beware: great service until you pay, then you're on your own.

    Son is looking for his first car. Found a used Verano that is 9 years old with low miles and been sitting on lot for 60+ days. Car ADVERTISED high at 60% the cost when it was new MSRP. Thought we might make a real and fair cash offer. Before son could make offer, the salesperson started to inflate the price due to NO Financing and NO trade. Price ballooned to over 75% the cars original cost 9 years prior, and employee did not bat an eye to this unit being ADVERTISED lower when alerted to it. There are specific laws regarding advertised units so complaint to NHSMV is now being filed. See below, car was now 14k+ "if" the manager agrees. Wonder why dealers get bad rap, hmmm ! Most GM products, especially those now discontinued hold less than 50% their original cost at 5 years old as a real comparison. This is no longer Covid and the "supply chain" issues , it's pure markup. Dealer also adds the dealer prep/ handling fee of 999, and boosted tag charges to inflate prices even further. (See below) This is more the normal locally, and required to be noted on sites and their own website. They appear to have done their fee but did not on others that offer profit to dealer over cost. Buyers beware and understand the total cost added if you choose this company. We would not revisit and our son told to look elsewhere for a dealership with integrity and fair salespeople.

    I purchased this "like new" 2024 jeep grand wagoneer. When it finally got delivered, it had multiple issues. 3 tires were very low, check engine light was on, all car mats were missing, and 1 key fob was missing. After driving it around for only 2 days, the car started shutting down and going into "Battery Saver" mode. The car will run, but no other systems work (radio, screens, lights, cameras, nothing). I took it to my mechanic, and they are fearful to even touch it. They highly suggested I return the vehicle. The general manager I was working with, Al, has mysteriously disappeared. I was sold a lemon and I can't get anyone from the dealership to call me back. Scammers!!! I will never buy from them again! Praying I'm able to get my money back.

I was expecting the dealership to do a good service since they carry both the Autonation and Honda name. I didnt notice anything wrong with the service that they performed on my vehicles the day of the service, they reset the service required message on the dashboard, they suggested the required services, and the service advisor even gave me a discount on the additional recommended services for my Honda HR-V and found that I still had a free service for the Honda Civic. I did find it strange though that when the services were done the service advisor gave me the service forms for the Honda HR-V that I paid for but didnt give me any service forms for the Honda Civic (which was free), when I asked him about the forms for the Honda Civic he said that they would be sent to my email (they were never sent to my email). Two weeks later my mom was driving around in the Honda Civic and the metal splash guard from the Honda Civic falls off while shes driving home from the bank and she has the scare of her life when it starts to make a rattling sound scraping the road along the drive home. It looks like whoever performed the service on the two vehicles never properly tightened the bolts back on the splash guard after they performed the oil change on the Honda Civic and part of the splash guard came loose while driving. I tried to call the dealership to ask them what we could do about the situation but the phone number for the dealership just goes to an automated system with different menu options and when you choose the menu option to speak to a service advisor the phone rings a few times and then just takes you in circles back to the main menu when nobody picks up the phone. I am very disappointed with Autonation Honda.

While my parents were outside looking at cars with a salesperson, I went inside with my young daughter because I was feeling tired. I am currently 7 months pregnant, so I simply asked one of the staff members if I could have a bottle of water. He told me I could either purchase one from the vending machine or walk a considerable distance to where the mechanics were to get free water. I was honestly surprised by this response. Offering something as basic as water--especially to a pregnant customer--seems like a small but important gesture of hospitality. What stood out even more was being told that only the salesperson assisting us could provide a "free water bottle" as part of a "personalized experience." I understand every business has its policies, but this interaction felt lacking in basic care and consideration. I would strongly suggest making water more accessible to customers inside the showroom, whether through a dispenser or complimentary bottles.
