Our dog was prescribed an antibiotic in which they under-prescribed the dose by more than half and we caught the mistake when we got home. I had to call and message multiple times to get them to correct their mistake and when they did, there was not an apology or anything given to us. In addition, we were waiting for a test result on our dog and were given an estimated date for the results to come in. This date came and went and I reached out to them days later (again multiple calls and messages) to see if the results were in. Their response was "the results are in and have been placed in Dr. box so you should be receiving results within your email from the Dr. It was placed in dr. box that is out so was moved to more available Dr. so we can those results out to you." To this, i called and messaged again in with concern that we hadn't received the test results and someone (NOT a doctor) finally reached out to us to let us know that the test results that had been sitting in "the dr. Mailbox" required medical intervention. And again we didn't receive an apology for the delay in receiving the test results, which could have negatively impacted our dog's health. You will do the job of all of the staff if you bring your pets here, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for an establishment that ACTUALLY takes pride and cares properly for their patients.

On our last visit to them, they stated that they marked their fecal test as done, but said they must have "misplaced it" and that the test was never done. Multiple times, over the last 10 years or so, my pet and I have had to wait well over an hour to be seen. Having an appointment does not matter to these people. I wrote a 1 star review in the past and the called my MOTHER. Their reasoning for calling my mother was that she is the account owner for our pets, stating they know their patients so well that they know who is leaving a review. My mother was harassed by these people for days, receiving at least 3 phone calls from someone that works here regarding MY review. They lied and said my mother was happy with their services. My mother's name is on the account, however I am the one that takes our pets to their appointments. If they know us so well, they should have known that my mother is not the one who takes them to the vet. It is extremely unprofessional to harass my mother regarding MY review. My mother was NOT happy with their services either. This establishment sent an urgent letter to MY SISTER, not OUR address, to fire us as a client, even though we had already cancelled everything with them and told them we would not be returning. They have admitted that they forgot about my pets and me while we were sitting right in their lobby. Leave a bad review and they'll call your mom. What a horrible, horrible experience. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. They will report and remove your Google review if you leave a 1 star.

He's incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the animals he treats. One thing I really respect is that he never pushes unnecessary medications or treatments just to make money -- he always does what's truly best for the pet. Yes, the clinic can get busy at times, but that's what happens when you have a team that people trust. The staff is always kind, professional, and communicates well. Working with animals means emergencies happen and some appointments take longer than expected. If that were your pet in the room needing extra care, you wouldn't want your doctor to rush just because someone else is waiting.
