I have had the worse experience here and would not recommend them to anyone, not even my worse enemy. Their customer service is none existent and they don't care about anything except for making money. I scheduled my consultation for 8:15a. I arrived to the appointment at 8a. I wasn't called back into the exam room until 8:45a. Had to wait another 2-3 minutes for the doctor to come in and he spent 2 minutes looking at my x-ray. Never looked in my mouth, asked me any questions, nothing. Just looked at the x-ray and said "let's get you scheduled" and walked out the door. I scheduled my surgery and left at 8:55a. A couple of days later, the office called me and said that I would have to have a $300 deposit on the day of the procedure because my insurance deductible had not been meet yet. I thought this was odd, especially since I had called my insurance company the day before my appointment to see how much having my wisdom teeth pulled would cost me out of pocket and was informed it was covered at 100% because my deductible had been paid in full already. I asked the office lady I was speaking with if she could call the week before my procedure to verify again and was given an attitude and the response of "I guess and I'll call you and let you know". My removal was scheduled for about a month after my consultation. I never received another call back. Day of my removal comes, my appointment is scheduled at 10:30a and I am told to show up about half an hour early. I show up (with my ride) at 10:05a. I wasn't taken back into the room until 11:25a. The doctor was nice for the five minutes I talked to him before I was put out. When I was woken up, they literally pulled me up off the little bed they moved me to and had me walking out the door before I was even fully aware of what was going on. For any of you that have been put to sleep for a procedure, you know that it takes a while just to become a little aware of your surrounding. About a week after my teeth were removed, I was having a lot of problems with the hole left from one of them. Food kept getting stuck in there and I was pulling chunks of yellow mush out (even after not eating for 10 hours, brushing, rinsing, and repeating) of it. I called the office and got the on-call service. I told the lady that answered what was going on and she told me that she would page the on-call doctor at the hospital and someone would contact me shortly. Six hours later I had to call back because I had not be contacted by anyone. A week after that, I contacted Dr. Lehnowsky's office again because my hole was getting worse. The pain was worse then when I first had the teeth out and I was pulling more of that yellow mush out. I scheduled an appointment for 1p (the last appointment they have for the day) and show up at 1p. I don't get called back into the exam room until 1:50p and the doctor comes in and spends literally 30 seconds looking in my mouth and says that nothings wrong. I try to ask him a question and he cuts me off with "it's not an infection, you're fine" and walks out the door. Just last night when I was brushing my teeth, something hurt on my gum back where the wisdom teeth use to be. I put my finger back there to see what was going on and there is something protruding out of my gum just like it was when my tooth was there. When I had the x-ray taken by my dentist back at the very beginning of this, he told me that that would get taken care of when my tooth was pulled, that it was part of the tooth. So now, there's a possibility that Lehnowsky didn't even pull the whole tooth out. I have an appointment scheduled with my dentist to have that looked at. I am very disappointment with the treatment I received from this doctor and his staff. I only recommend them to you if you wish to be treated like a pile of cash and not a person. read more

I had to get four wisdom teeth extracted. I'm 29, so this procedure is considerably less enjoyable than an extraction when you are a teenager. Maybe I was lucky, but I think it was Dr Lehnowsky's excellent work that made my extraction rather painless. The staff handled all the insurance issues and were really helpful in answering my questions. One of the nurses was straightforward about what to expect, including saying which areas will "give me grief" a couple days later. Although she was right about one side being more sore than the other, I was back on my feet in two days. I don't plan on being in the market for tooth extractions any time soon, but I would certainly recommend Dr Lehnowsky to anyone who is. If I could give zero I would... Very disappointed in the after hours service of Dr Lehnowsky's facility. My husband (senior citizen) had 2 extractions this morning and had complications upon return home. I immediately called the office and asked a few more post op questions regarding the bleeding. As my husbands symptoms progressed, I frantically called the office @1215 to find out they were closed. The answering service answering calls advised me Dr Lehnowsky would be notified. We waited and waited no call. Called again and was given the same response from the call center. Called a 3rd time, same response from the call center that the surgeon would be notified. 5 hours later and NO CALL from the surgeon, my husbands conditions were not progressing (continuous bleeding, change in skin tone and nausea) I immediately took my husband to the ER. The issue was resolved after a 2 hour ER visit but unfortunately still never received a call from the OS office. I ask you Dr Lehnowsky ....Where is your patient care after a surgery with general anesthesia ? Why no response from you, a 42 year experienced surgeon? Is my husband, our insurance or patient referrals not important to you? I am appalled at the lack of service, attention, or patient care this facility claims to offer. I advise all reading this with OS needs to go elsewhere and do your research before selecting this office. My insurance company was notified and a formal GRIEVANCE will be coming your way. Expect to reimburse my husband and my insurance company for YOUR inabilities to uphold your responsibility as my husbands surgeon! read more

This is the second time my b/f went to him,only because Dr.Griffin wouldn't see him because of the hole he left where a tooth was extracted...He has had 2 surgeries from an ENT to close up the holes that go into his sinuses...ok so his ENT told him he needed to get another tooth pulled on other side,,so he goes to get his tooth surgically removed was only in room for about 15 min,,I got called back to the recovery room where my b/f couldn't even comprhend anything,instead of letting him lay there for a little bit (i even told them,last time i couldn't even get him in the house,he weighs 238#,,,come on),,they were so anxious to get him out...so luckily i had someone at the house to help me,,,he couldn't even get out of the vehicle,,,it was like he was comatosed,,,then his sister in law came out,,and we barely could get him in house,,we tried to get him up to his room,,and he fell on stairs,,and 3 people could barely get him up,, so then i went to get his pain medication, ,the pharmacist told me that there wasnt a quantity on it,,she called drs office and he was already on vacation for a week and that she could tell the pharmacist. .umm hello its a narcotic...you dont know it has to be in writing..... ..and said to take ibuprofen. .Come on.....his appt was at 1:00. I dropped prescription off at 2:15,,THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS,,,so what if something were to happen?????who will call him back???? read more
