The only positive I can honestly note is that the wait time was short and we were seen quickly. Unfortunately, the care we received after that was very concerning. My daughter was seen for a significant infection, and we followed the treatment plan exactly as prescribed. However, I have serious concerns that the antibiotic prescribed may not have been adequate for the severity of her condition, as her infection worsened in the following days. She ultimately had to be admitted to the hospital for several days for further treatment, where the hospital confirmed, she was given an improper dosage of antibiotics and also poor post-care instructions. As a parent, it was incredibly distressing to feel like things were not improving despite following medical instructions carefully. Communication and follow-up felt limited, and I left feeling uncertain about the level of attention given to her condition. I'm sharing this because I would strongly caution other families--especially those with children dealing with infections or urgent conditions--to seek a second opinion or consider other urgent care options. Based on our experience, I would not return.

Jun 18 - follow up to review my test results, one test was missing so they drew my blood again. Went to check out and i asked the guy receptionist if i had a copay he said no. It didn't seem right so I double checked with him and the lady next to him said i do have a $30 copay (so i paid). After a week i called to check on my results cuz i didn't see anything posted on my online account and i was informed my doctor was out and that a doctor needed to review my results with me. They tried to schedule me in office but i asked if it can be a call cuz i didn't want to drive down again. June 27 - got the call from the doctor to review my results (still didn't get why i couldn't just get a copy of my results online, my old Sharp doctor would usually just have the results on my app.) About two weeks later (July 7) i receive a bill for $50(or so) so i called them and they advised that my insurance didn't cover my initial appointment and told me i'd have to reach out to my insurance in regards to my confusion so i did. it looks like the insurance and medical office settled something because the app showed i only owed $30 after a few weeks (July 28) so i paid for it. Aug. 8 i see another bill for 2 different dates for a total of $60 so i called again and the lady on the phone said it was for my first appointment (which i recently just paid for) and my video call (video call that shouldn't have even happened if they didn't mess up on one of my test results). Temecula Medical made several adjustments to their schedule to get me in quickly as I have cancer and other serious health concerns that require immediate and uninterrupted monitoring and care. I initially saw Tatiana and she could not have been more pleasant or patient as she listened intently to my long list of ailments. At the end of the appointment it was most impressive to see she had not missed or neglected to note even one of the many issues I'd spoken about, the ten plus referrals I needed, and a list of the medial items I need to maintain my relative health. I was listened to, all of my concerns were addressed and all referrals submitted before a day had passed. Truly above and beyond care for this extremely complicated and difficult cancer patient. I think the whole office had the best energy. I also found the waiting room spacious and relaxing with the abundant windows and light. Everyone had a smile on their faces and they let me stay well into their lunch period so I could take my time signing the many releases for information and finish what was needed. I can't imagine why they don't have five stars as I'd happily refer them to my best friends if asked. Finding good health care in our area means doing your homework and being your own advocate. Dr. U is my primary care doctor and so far so good. She is there to make sure my basic health concerns are addressed. Luckily, I don't have any major health issues. I use the My Chart site when I have questions that aren't urgent. This is an efficient way to communicate with my medical team. I moved to RFMG after having some battles with another provider when dealing with medical insurance coverage. I found RFMG to offer very good support in this area. There is an escalation process/team that recently helped me to get lab work recoded and covered. Amazing, right? Another positive thing about RFMG is their wide network of doctors to choose from. My husband sees Dr. Vincent and so far he has been quite good too. This particular office is not as busy as the one on Single Oak and the one that shares space with their urgent care office on Temecula Parkway. After testing out other providers in the area, RFMG has been the one that has worked best for me.

Over roughly two weeks, my wife and I tried to get a routine prescription matter resolved through her office. Between us, we went in person four times, placed around fifteen phone calls, and sent five messages through the patient portal. The response was the same nearly every time: "we'll escalate this to the office manager" and "someone will call you back by the end of the day." No one ever did. It was one broken promise after another. The problems went beyond the front desk. My visit notes contained factual errors about my history that I had to formally request be corrected -- errors that become part of a permanent medical record. A prescription was written incorrectly and had to be redone. Those are clinical responsibilities, not administrative ones, and they fall on the physician. The Doctor completely disregarded my blood pressure even with a month's worth of readings. Most telling: across the entire two weeks, Dr. Uttaburanont never once responded to a message or engaged directly, even as things sat unresolved. A patient should not have to make nineteen contacts and four in-person visits to get a basic task completed, and a physician should not be entirely absent while it happens. If this is how routine care is handled, patients should think carefully before trusting this provider with anything that matters.
