I'm glad I gave it a try. The owner, Niki, was impeccable and kind. She offers refreshments and sweets and also holds a great conversation. She was very patient, gentle, and efficient. I appreciated her patience the most because the pain was nearly unbearable (no fault of her own). Her prices are very affordable and that's definitely a plus especially in this insane economy. The aesthetic in the room is pretty, pink, and cozy--definitely helps you to relax. It's also very clean and organized. Bonus: Parking was quick and easy. Mika explained what she was doing as she did the facial and asked how I took care of my face and gave some suggestions. She also massaged my neck and upper shoulders using her hands/knuckles.
