I had a wonderful experience here. They are a bit hard to find though but my best advice is to just go to the AMC movie theater shopping center and then go to the left. I was warmly greeted and was offered a beverage. I waited less than 2 minutes and Yilda was there to do wonders on my feet...and hands. I have not gone for a manicure and pedicure for a while. Longer than I care to say. LOL. My feet really needed the attention and Yilda was very attentive and made sure my feet looked their best. She took the time and did not rush the services like at some places. I loved how she told Alexa to play Michael Buble. I didn't even have to make a request. She just knew what singer I liked. I do not recommend this place. I got gel manicure and regular polish pedicure. After only a few days the gel is chipping and peeling off. I should have followed my instincts and turned around and walked out since I felt I was in the wrong place. After one week I spoke to someone via text at this place. I sent pictures and all she said was sorry. I asked for a refund on the gel manicure and was told if I wanted she would replace the gel. This is a hidden gem. I didn't expect what I found but it was in a good way. It's really as titled , a wellness suite, not just a massage parlor. We found that they also have nail techs, hairstylist, gift shops etc. Don't get the wrong idea it's not your cheesy nail salon with a massage room in the back. These are actual dedicated spaces of privacy made for the guests. Upon checkin for a couples massage we received champagne, there were other options such as wine, water or tea as well. We discovered what all they had to offer and was able to speak with the owner. Because she has such a diverse establishment we learned it's what help to get her business through the Covid shutdown. Maybe we can all take a page from her book, diversify your assets. In any case once we checked in and met with our masseuse we were directed to our couples suite. We had the salt room which I was absolutely ecstatic about. I've been to a salt spa before and this was like a mini version. The room's wall we made of salt rock blocks and the massage table was above a floor of Himalayan salt. It's great for your skin and your respiratory system. Also I have to say my masseuse was great. All of the areas that I needed to have worked on were taken care of and the amount of pressure that was applied was perfect. And it was one of the only times I had ever actually fallen asleep during a massage. My muscles were carefully worked addressing areas thoroughly but gently and again with the amount of pressure that was ideal for me. I say give this place a try we enjoyed it. The nail tech didn't do well on my mani/pedi. She spent too much time plucking my cuticles which was actually very painful. When she finally polished my nails there was polish all over my fingers and toes, probably more on my skin than my nails. The polish must have been old and bad quality because it is streaky and see through on some parts. Owner was nice at first but did something fishy with the pricing. She was supposed to honor a Groupon price but instead sneakily added a few extra dollars to my total then pressured me to tip the bad nail job I got by standing over me while selecting a tip and making noises for the lower tip amounts. The rooms were clean and soothing. Most reviews here were great but a few were awful. Our experience was amazing! Both of us had massages that were one of the best we have had. Bought a couples massage for me and my friend for our birthdays and truly enjoyed every minute of it! The two ladies truly worked on our bodies and had us feeling fresh and ready for bed hahaha The room was nice and dimmed with a relaxing aroma scent and trickling water sounds in the background. If I had one advice for them it would be to get heavier massage tables so when they apply a lot of pressure on the customers back the whole table won't move back and forth or side to side. I went there for a mani/pedi. Maria is the best! She really took a good care of my hands and feet, she is knowledgeable and really pleasant and she deserves a 5 stars. However, I was 5 min late for my appt and called to inform that I was late. The owner on phone "that is not the best, but it is ok"! Well, I know on Saturdays these places can be really busy, but do not give an attitude to a first time client who paid in advance for the service, which late she tried to charge again because she couldn't find my payment. Don't get hair extensions installed here. Very disappointing to spend $700 on something that is improperly done. Tape-in extensions are supposed to last 2-3 months and these started sliding out after little over a week. The owner won't refund the cost of the service (not asking for the product return) because she said I was satisfied one the day I was there but I had to come back after two days to get 7 removed because they weren't placed correctly. If the wind blew you could see them because they wanted to cram as many in as possible to get more money out of me. The consultation was a joke. read more

I had purchased a Living Social certificate for a Mani, Pedi. I cannot tell you what a pleasent surprise to find a salon that has all the ammenties and friendly staff. My girl Maria did a fantastic job on my nails and feet. At one point Jenny helped her out as the salon was very busy. I am totally satisfied and looking forward to my next appointment. I texted her (the owner) the following day and told her that the gel was coming out in one nail I showed her pictures, she agreed to fix it but then she never answered. It appears to be a startup? Very casual setting. Small room of 2 pedicure stations, 2 manicure tables, sanitizing of tools questionable. Not enough chairs? My seating option was a small short mobile stool. Only one gel UV light tray that had to be shared back and forth between me and the other customer. Limited on the nail polish color/options. Nail tech did a pretty good job but the gel polish started peeling off within a week. Other than that, the owner and staff are very friendly. Worst microblading ever! DO NOT go here. Jenny did a horrible job with my eyebrows, I am dark blonde and she put black tinting on my eyebrows. She also left one thicker than the other, and even drew lines outside of the eyebrow shape. I had showed her a picture of how I had them done in the past so she would copy it. OMG! I was so furious when she showed me the mirror! She won't respond to my texts, and for obvious reason I won't do the touch up with her and she won't refund me for the touch up that I had originally paid for. Total disaster. I went to get a manicure and pedicure. Took about 45 minutes for the girl to get off my gel polish on my toes. Then while my toes were soaking, the lady put product on my hands and then soaked them in plastic gloves. I felt my hands burning after a couple minutes and rushed off the gloves to see my hands bright red and burned severely. The owner came and said the lady put callus remover on my hands and cuticles. I didn't even get a thing done in the hour there because I left straight to the doctors because my hands were burning, blistering, and now have holes all over. When I called the owner, she said that it was unfortunate and didn't even care. Save yourself and don't go. It is true you get what you pay for but I never would expect this. Horrible service. And expensive doctor bills now. This is not an allergic reaction, this is a chemical burn. I have never experienced something like this. I can't speak for any other service but the nail service was the worst experience I've ever had. I'm giving it one star because I have to give it something in order to write a review. I went in for a dip manicure with a Groupon. For starters, they didn't have nail sticks with colors to choose from. I have never gone to a salon that didn't have a number of sticks with colors on them to choose from. The woman told me to look at the jars the dipping powders and just imagine them a shade darker. Then halfway through the soaking and removal of my old polish, she told me there was a $10 charge for having my polish soaked off . She did not tell me this when I started and I told her that this was not indicated on the Groupon and she insisted that it was. She had me standing there for 10 minutes with half of my hand wrapped in foil while she searched the Groupon over and over again to prove me wrong. When she finally realized that it was not on the Groupon, she told me I had to pay the $10 anyway. She said since I was paying a Groupon price, there was a charge for polish removal. I am not sure how this place received any stars. This was the worst place I have ever been. It lacks cleanliness, experience and knowledge. I purchased a "spa manicure and pedicure" through Groupon and paid extra for a gel polish. The website is very misleading. When I walked in, it looked like they sold clothes and misc items in the front. I was brought to the back and put into a rickety pedicure chair that was broken and extremely old. I never even received a foot massage. Then I was given a girl who subleases a spot in the front of the "spa" to sell "jewelry" to do my manicure because the nail tech (Jenny Boggio) who I scheduled my mani/pedi with, had to go do a facial. I had to squeeze into a small room that had two tables, side by side, and sit in this big pink fluffy papasoan type chair where my hands were placed on a dirty towel that had someone else's nail clippings on them. Then a new towel was brought out and had hair all over it. My nails were never filed, cuticles never clipped and my hands never reached a bowel of water.
