Today, as a self pay patient, the doctor and his staff once again treated me with the utmost respect, were willing to consider my financial situation (instead of pushing me into something), and worked with me to get a treatment plan that suited me, my finances, and the future of my teeth. I've had extractions, cleanings, and root canals at Dr Moore's office, and everyone there is so kind and knowledgeable, I just won't go anywhere else. I haven't needed it, but they do provide sedation dentistry for folks who have a dental fear. I would recommend them to anyone. His office is on Roan right next to Boones Creek Pharmacy (another great local business), he's a Tennessee native, and a veteran. Make an appointment.

This is a hard mix to find, especially in the medical profession. I was particularly impressed with my parents' last visit. This practice has taken all of the necessary steps to protect their patients against COVID-19. For example, we waited in the car until it was time for my parents' appointment. Staff came wearing masks to the car and escorted my parents inside and returned my parents at the end of the appointment. Also, staff took the time to explain the results of their exam to me and invited me to use their restroom or bring coffee back to our car while I waited. This was a very nice touch. My parents and Johnson City are very fortunate to have Dr. Moore's practice.

Never judge a book by its cover, or be fooled by the wolf in sheep's clothing…read more If you are wanting an experienced dentist and staff that provide EXCELLENT dental services for a more than fair price as, opposed to the price-gouging service charges to pay for the "modern, state of the art" office, then this is where you need to be. The office may seem outdated or "Fred Flintstone" as one mentioned in another review, however the services are not! I would rather pay less (fair price) for EXCELLENT services than more to pay for the dentist's bells and whistles and shoddy services any day! Try the services before judging the book cover. You may just be pleasantly surprised.

Note: office manager did adjust bills for the dentist portion. For two people we are still out $700.

So I called her Orthodontist (Local Orthodontist). The receptionist said they were booked for the day. I told her that I could wait a few days or week, they said they were not going to be able to help me. My granddaughters mother called Bradshaw and Hathaway, who were able to get me an appointment for 1:00 that same afternoon. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Daniel Bradshaw came in and took care of me personally, I was so thankful. He did not charge me anything. He said, if you have any more problems, give me a call, that he hoped that another Orthodontist would take care of his patients on vacation. This is the kind of care and service that should be priority one in finding an Orthodontist.
