Thankfully another stylist, Julia, came by to monitor my processing, wash my hair, apply the toner (chosen by Danielle), and blow dry my hair. After that client left Danielle came by to curl my hair and apply a finishing spray. Overall the experience was disappointing in comparison to my expectations. The atmosphere was uncomfortable and my stylist wasn't the friendliest. I found myself trying to make conversation to lighten the mood. I've been an ICU nurse for 6 years so I understand the importance of making a client feel comfortable. I went to the Powder Room about 3 years ago and Brittany was fantastic. I stopped coming to focus on graduate school and let my hair grow. I should've waited for Brittany, unfortunately she was booked until next year.

She lightly put some bleach on and said wait for 5 minutes. after abou 5 minutes of waiting, I looked at the back of my hair. My roots were completely yellow and brown.
