Bea has been doing hair for over 35 years and she's an absolutely wonderful human. She could easily charge triple for her services but she makes sure her prices are accessible. She's overqualified in almost every area of hair. She's great at recognizing the client's needs and she guides her clients to find the right style or hair treatment for them. Note: If she recommends any products for your hair, I'd listen! She doesn't waste time trying to sell you products you don't need. She's a master of her craft and someone I would feel 100% comfortable tell to "just do something different" with my hair. On a personal note: I love how Bea gives back to the community- I've been to her salon many times and she's doing a coat drive, a food drive or a complete makeover day for the less fortunate. This is impressive being that my sister has really curly hair so that alone is a challenge for her to find a hairstylist that can deal with curly hair at a reasonable price. On my second visit, however, I did more than just trim my ends. I decided to get some color done. It was long overdue. I'm very low maintenance when it comes to hair so Ombre is my go-to. Being that I moved back to Houston recently..finding a hair stylist to trust proved to be difficult. I've had my bad experiences, but on my first visit Bea's passion for hair and hair color shined so I trusted her. I'm soooooo glad I did!! My color looks so beautiful, and the transition of colors is phenomenal. I showed Bea pictures of what I wanted and did NOT want. I shared my prior coloring history in case it could interfere with the results and asked for an estimate. She gladly shared that information and listened to what I had to say with such confidence that it put me at ease. Sugar Land/Stafford you're lucky to have her so close by...I gladly drive and will drive again to Bea from Midtown. Go to her. It beats the larger salons hands down.

Thankfully another stylist, Julia, came by to monitor my processing, wash my hair, apply the toner (chosen by Danielle), and blow dry my hair.
