I've come to this location for a couple years. The customer service is never good and anytime you walk in, it's as if they all hate their jobs and don't want to be the next ones to take a client. They've always done my eyebrows uneven and I kinda let it slide, but recently she left a literal bald spot on my left eyebrow and gaslit me into thinking it wasn't there. I would NOT come here for a haircut. Maybe their specialty is threading and/or other spa services, but I was SO unhappy with the haircut I received yesterday. 1) The staff is friendly, so I do appreciate the customer service and patience of the staff. I was attended very quickly, so I do appreciate that. 2) The cut I wanted was a Bob, but an inverted one. This means it's short from the back and gets longer at the front (it's angled). What concerned me was that I showed the woman that attended me the photo a few times and explained what kind of cut I needed, but she seemed to still need to see the photo/me explain it in order to understand what I wanted. 3) She blow dried my hair and styled my hair to where I didn't notice how the cut actually was. When I went home and showered, I was shocked and how uneven my hair was from each side. My parents were even shocked that my hair was so uneven. I appreciate the service I received, but I definitely will not be coming back. I am so unhappy with my haircut and the fact that I have to spend MORE money to get it fixed. read more

I walked in on a Friday evening to get my brows and upper lip threaded. They had me fill out a sign in sheet upon arrival, asking for name, service, and whether I had an appointment, which I found odd. Are they doing market research the old school way? Who knows. But luckily, it wasn't busy and I was quickly assigned a specialist. I liked the thread they used as I thought it was pretty gentle. Threading my upper lip still hurt like a bia but such is life. Pricing as of July 2023 is $10 for brows, $5 upper lip. They also do loyalty cards. I would return if I lived in the area. read more

I came in on time for my appointment and the lady wasn't even there. Another girl had been sitting for 30 minutes waiting on the same lady. This is beyond unprofessional! Especially if you have an appointment you make sure to be on time! and stop wasting people's time! we have events to get to and we don't have the time to waste and they wasted my time for sure. And then an African American lady walks in trying to get her hair washed and they told her they don't do "curly hair" the lady said oh I don't have curly hair and they told her no sorry. ATTEMPTED to get a facial this afternoon. I arrived, signed in and requested facial services. Another customer signed in AFTER me and was asked the type of service needed, which was eyebrow threading. The attendant asked of she could thread the eyebrows of the customer AFTER me before starting my service. I agreed to allow the customer AFTER me to be serviced. When she finished and checked the customer out at the register, another person walks in for threading service in which she takes this person to her chair to render service without even acknowledging me who now had been waiting for 20 minutes to be serviced. I immediately walked out. This is disrespectful and would hate to think that my race attributed to the lack thereof customer service. read more
