He even came back out after completing a replacement of the cooling unit on my fridge and took the time to pull it back out to check for a ventilation problem that kept it from cooling down after it had been put back in and found the problem quickly and fixed it without any fuss or any extra charge. Chris and Kelly answered every text, every question and responded instantly by phone calls, texts or emails. The detailed inspection report was very thorough and allowed me to come up with a "punch list' of items that need attention before I left the factory. As an RVr you are always learning and it was a pleasure to meet and listen to him, he taught me how to handle some really frustrating problems I was having and I am so happy!!!!!!! He fixed the light on my fridge that was turning brown and melting..I was afraid of fire so I made sure to get it fixed...he fixed that and noticed my fridge was not draining, he checked the drain hose and made it so it drained correctly, told me how to easily fix the screen my puppy Penny had destroyed, and explained how to use emergency brake to stop rollback when disconnecting truck from trailer.
