I then contacted Bryan and I asked if they had the 16feet Web special trailer in stock. He said he did and had two. He asked me to put a very small deposit down to hold it for me etc and I said no problem. He then made special arrangements for me to pick it up when I had a day off. That alone shows how much he cares about their customers. When I picked it up, checked out the trailer quickly and signed the paper work and we were on our way back to Western NY. I traveled about 6 hrs one way to pickup my trailer and it was worth it because of price and service alone and would have no hesitation on making that travel again to pickup another trailer.

They wanted $115 to figure it out and said they weren't even sure they could fix it, because they said the windshield had been replaced with an aftermarket one before I bought the car. I took it to Jackson Glass, and the technician literally tapped on it a couple times to secure it to the mount. It took under a minute! He didn't even charge me anything! It's amazingly rare to get customer service or kindness like that. Someone who cares enough to help someone out with tiny details, has my trust for any glass need.

EVERYONE has a smile on their face and nice words until the purchase is made!! Took my truck in to Art Moehn for service work. The truck was under warranty. The truck needed a…read morenew CAM Shaft, New Lifters and a new transmission. My truck remained at Art Moehn for 6 weeks before they told me my truck was fixed. BUT, they would not let me get my truck until the warranty company paid them $29,000 for the repairs. When I finally got the truck back, I drove it 10 miles and the check engine light came on. I had to drive the truck for a week before I could take the truck back in to Art Moehn. When I finally took the truck back in, they told me they would NOT look at it because the original Dealership I bought the truck from had not paid their part of my bill, which is $3,000. So that is $32,000 worth of repairs for a truck only worth $25,000. AND the truck is STILL not fixed. Plus Art Moehn took apart some other things on the truck and never hooked them back up, which has caused more problems with the truck. These parts that they did not put back could have seriously injured the passenger in my truck if I had to slam on the brakes or accelerate fast.
