I purchased a used Rpod from Leisureland on 3-28-24, because it was used they talked me into buying their warranty plan/service contract. they sold me on it when they said if I sold the trailer before the contract was up they would refund the money at a prorated amount. The trailer ended up having many issues and I only kept it for 8 months and used it once and I had to pay $1,600 for repairs and not one of them was covered by the plan. I traded the trailer in with Unchartered Recreation and went to Leisureland on 12-2-24 and cancelled. At that time Katie told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks before I would receive the refund. Long story short after many many calls to Leisureland about where the refund is and one excuse after another I finally called the warranty company who told me the refund was $1,152.68. They told me Leisureland had the refund and they should be giving me the check. I paid $2,100 for the plan. Katie tried to tell me the check was sent to the bank to which I said I have all the paperwork to prove the trailer is paid off as it was a trade in and they said they sent the check to the bank anyway,. Next step I go to the bank with all my paperwork and by now it is March talked with them and they informed me the loan was paid off the beginning of December so they have no info on receiving any check and if they did receive it they would have returned it to Leisureland as they would have no place to post it, as the trailer was paid off. They told me to go to Leisureland and get a copy of the letter they sent along with a copy of the cancelled check as they have NO record of it Back to Leisureland and after almost 5 months I have no money and no copy of the letter or check they supposedly sent to the bank I would never deal with them again, they talk a lot about honesty and integrity but in reality there is no such thing with this company. I guess I will be taking them to small claims court as it is my money they are holding and its a pretty black and white situation. Theresa Butz read more

September of 2024, I took my 14 year old trailer to their service center in Meridian. Knowing it was older and having recently purchased it, I realized there may be issues. They told me the roof badly needed scraped and resealed, there was a leak in the bathroom sink pipes, and a crack in our fresh water tank. I wanted to get through the season so I parked it for the winter and used it all summer 2025. Just took it back to be winterized September 23rd 2025 and MIRACULOUSLY, the roof was in good shape, there was NO leak in the bathroom, and the fresh water tank had NO crack. DON'T GO THERE!! They are dishonest and try to take advantage of people. read more

A couple years ago we had Leisureland install solar panels, converter & shore power with AC outlets in our Van. The battery monitor never functioned as advertised and upon returning to the shop were told we needed to dive it, it learns as it goes along, etc. It never did resolve itself after close to 45K miles driven. Approximately 2 years ago I called asking about adding a refrigerator, was told he'd check into it and call me back. I never received that call back! I then called another Dometic dealer, ordered a frig, had it delivered to the house and installed it myself. About 30 days ago I left a message asking for more info regarding upgrading to a Li-On battery and was told a call back would occur. After several days I went across the street, and they did the work and provided excellent service. That is where we'll go from now on. I'll never go back to Leisureland RV. read more

I would 100% NEVER again buy or recommend anything from this dealership. Horrible customer service, trailer has so many problems that I can't even remember all of them. One of the problems is a panel on the passenger side that has been falling off since we bought it and it is Still falling off because they don't know how to fix it. That's the least of my problems. My " forever warranty" is NOT forever! I don't have the warranty anymore because I next scheduled a appointment for a inspection. My paperwork for the warranty was never signed by me or gone over by me and "there is nothing" they can do. I was told by one of the females that I asked the customer need to do my own diligence. So currently my main trailer door won't shut so I'm out of luck. Paying for it my self now. BBB here I come. PS: the owners son works there and let me tell you he is a charm to deal with....not! Recently as we were preparing our trailer to take it camping, we came across an issue with the trailer brakes. We pulled the trailer out of the garage on Thursday and discovered the issue right away. It was stressful because we were planning on leaving for the mountains on Monday. I knew we would be hard pressed to find someone to fix the issue in such a short amount of time, but Derek at Leisureland worked with us and found a time to squeeze us into an already busy schedule to fix the issue. They identified the problem right away and were able to have our trailer ready on Friday. They were friendly and helpful and gave us some useful tips as well. Many of the other places that we contacted didn't even bother to get back to us to let us know that they were too busy. Leisureland answered the phone right away and were willing to work with us. We have been customers there for the past 4 years but I think I will try somewhere else. We paid for the winterization/summarize service in '22. We called in April 23 to get on the summarization schedule, so we could camp on May 17. We left two messages and no one got back to us. My husband called again and finally got through but they're booked through May . Its just frustrating to have to keep calling and try to get in for a service we already paid for. this place was absolutely garbage and and waste of time, I traveled 6.5 hours from Spokane to look at a brand new fifth wheel, even put a down payment on it when me and my wife and two kids showed up they showed us the trailer that we talked about on the phone, come to find out the listing on rvtrader.com was not the exacted trailer that we were looking at, I questioned it and they told me that they no longer had that exacted one but they had this one, i also questioned the condition of this trailer it looked used they said they would correct all the issues upon delivery bit still they had a week to notice or clean this trailer up a lil bit and fix some of the issues, but the manager told me it's called lot rot and it is what it is. false advertisement and horrible customer service the manager couldn't even shake my hand after return my deposit read more

Updated.... again Leasureland reached out to us when they heard we had an issue with our slide on our trailer. Even a year after the purchase they made it right and helped us out. They really do care about their customers and making sure they get the best experience. Thank you guys! We enjoyed our overall experience with Leisureland, Jon helped us. We drove over from Central Oregon to get a Keystone Bullet travel trailer. We had been on the lookout for a Light weight, bunkhouse trailer and they had exactly what we were looking for. Got our loan approval before driving down and that was an easy process. The only downfall (ish) was that there was no negotiation room, no wiggle room on the price of the trailer, or the sway bars. So, in some sense we felt a bit upset about that, but they told us point blank the price they were asking was there bottom line already. By far the worst experience I have had in years. The woman who was running the service department was just plain cruel. They needed to put a wiring adapter on my car for trailer lights hookup. It took much longer than expected. I needed to leave but she wouldn't get my car. I said just wrap up the wires for the adapter and then finish it tomorrow. She kept arguing with me. I said that I was a military veteran with a medical condition and I needed to leave but she still wouldn't release my car. I finally had to yell in front of other customers to get her to get my car. This woman was awful. She tried to convince me that it would take a long time to wrap up the few wires on the adapter and that I just needed to wait till it was all done. That was BS. She could of just said, of course, it is your car, I'll go get it, I'm sure it will be done very soon, but it is your choice. It costed almost $700 for an adapter. read more

We were traveling through Boise and I called Dillionn RV and bretz RV they could not even see me for a week and then said I'd have to be leave the van for 4 to 5 days and get worked into their schedule for a very minimal part because I dropped something in the toilet and needed two screws in a cabinet!I called leisureland RV from Arizona and said when we'd be in town he said we'll set an appointment up for Tuesday at 10:30 took the van in they fix both problems in 2 hours they are excellent the fancy places aren't always the best ones to go to I would totally recommend them we have a Dodge ProMaster Zion SRT! read more

Let me tell you, I spent months searching for a motorhome. I checked out Leisureland RV Center's website and was impressed with their pricing so I stopped by and met the salesperson Russell Yates. These guys are easy-going, honest people. Their pricing is straightforward. I couldn't find any better deal for this newer model low mileage unit they had. Selling a used RV with no identifying information...at a crazy, non-negotiable price?! I met with the sales guy and started the process to finance a new RV but later texted him saying that I wanted to pay cash for a used one on their lot. No response. So, I stopped by and got a lame excuse about how once he reads a text it disappears. I asked him to show me the used RV so that I could look it up on NADA. The model tag that is typically near the door had been removed and the serial number rubbed off. The model that they said it was did not come up on NADA so he takes me to his computer and attempts to show me how to find it by going a model year newer (questionable!). That didn't work so he kept increasing the year. Still no luck. So he takes me to Craigslist where he does what I've already done; compare with other similar RVs that are for sale. He seemed very frustrated to find that his RV was listed several thousand above all other comparable RV's. So, I started to negotiate and was told that they never negotiate....not even on used RV's. Not even on a used RV with no way to identify its actual model. Pretty scary.... read more

DON'T BUY HERE IF YOU ARE FROM CALIFORNIA!!! We purchased a new 2022 Adrenaline 21LT mini toy hauler from them in April. We are from California. Got there at the appointment time and our salesman, Rich wasn't even there. Finally after an hour, I got to start working on putting the trailer side of the hitch on. We took the trailer home and tried to use it a day later as a shakedown. The slide (which is the master bed) wouldn't go out. We called them and the technician suggested trying bump it in and out to reset the motor. Didn't work. Tried to get it fixed under warranty, Only one Forest River/Coachmen dealer would even look at it-- the first appointment was in 3 months. Called Coachmen, the manufacturer and they found someone to look at it 2 weeks later. Turns out the slideout was improperly installed at the factory and need extensive repair and new parts. Had to take my broken trailer home, where it still sits awaiting parts, I have paid 3 payments and haven't used the trailer yet. Then, we realized that we hadn't gotten our plates. There was a good explanation for that. It appears that Leisureland didn't filled out all the paperwork and hadn't paid the registration fees, so I get to pay another $775 for that. They said that they are Veteran owned and care about veterans. Well my wife and I are both veterans of the US Navy and don't feel cared about. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to for this company. We purchased a 5th Wheel from them. Everyone, including Tony was amazing. It took us a bit of time to come up with the money to purchase the unit we wanted. They not only went out of their way to accommodate us, but they made sure that we knew the unit was ours. The unit took time before delivery because they wanted to make certain that every little thing worked perfectly. We can not say enough positive things about Leisureland RV. I was quite surprised to find such a small dealership after all the advertising this place does out of the area. They advertise their RV's all over the West and people do come and buy. But it is best not to come if you are wanting to browse the inventory. The new inventory is limited and the used inventory could be sold or not what you expected. Many customers are driving hundreds of mile to come look and it was just not worth it for us. The one unit were may have been interested in had rust on the underbelly and it was a 2017 model. The foot jacks were rusted through and the unit was quite dirty on the outside. It was kind of a turn-off. The salesman was nice, not pushy but actually too low key. He acted like he could care less if he sold us anything. Long drive to be disappointed. Also, we did not like being told right off that the price on the rig is what you pay and no negotiation. Being told that others try to get the price down is not the best way to start a conversation. Next trip is closer when California is not far away. I was swayed by the "warranty forever" but found out it does not cover major issues. read more

My family is currently on a 2 thousand mile road trip. We are hauling our 5th wheel toy hauler and started experiencing break problems 3 quarters into our trip with our destination being Boise for the night. After calling a few different RV businesses looking for assistance we were quickly turned down due to them being very busy. I called Leisureland RV and they too said they are busy but asked what was wrong and said to bring it in right away and their manager would take a look. We arrived 20 minutes later and they immediately met us outside and sent a service tech to diagnose our problem and provide us a temporary fix to get us back on the road. Their service tech Jeff Haines was fantastic and was determined to find the problem which he did in a timely manner. While we are not from Boise, I would recommend anyone to their business for service/repair on their RV. They were busy but they helped us anyway - great customer service. In watching a friend go through similar issues with their 5th wheel as I did with camping world, this company needs to make things right. This family was hoping to use this 5th wheel, purchased in Boise, as a residence after their move from Oregon into Idaho. Liesureland pulled and parked this unit in the designated location. Once the family moved over full time a few weeks ago there has been nothing but issues. AC, Blackwater tank, freshwater tank came off recently only to hear that it is not this companies problem. I'm hoping Leasureland shows good faith and take this unit back to their lot, fix the issues and put it back on the market. A complete refund would be good business tactics in this situation. Called Leisureland the next morning, once they learned we were just passing through, said they could help us right away, without an appointment. My fiancé and I just purchased a tent trailer from this business. We found it advertised online, and traveled from Bend, Oregon (about 5 hours) to pick it up. They held it for us for a week, and when we got there, the owner took us through the set-up and tear down, as well as showed us around the interior. When he didn't know how to do something, he took the time to look it up and tell us, rather than guessing. This being a previously owned trailer, it had very minor flaws, but again, the owner either gave us the necessary equipment (waterproof sealant) or ordered it and had it shipped to our home. That being said, the trailer had been cleaned thoroughly and weatherized prior to our arrival. Our purchase also included a brand new battery for the trailer. Overall, the owner was very helpful! It is this business' policy to pay for a hotel room for out of town guests, so that was an added bonus. He also took the time before we left to print out and highlight nice restaurants and bars downtown. We had an excellent experience and would recommend this place to anyone! read more

Yes!!! We are full-time in our travel trailer and our fridge died. We tried the simple fixes to get it going, but nothing. We showed up at Leisure World in the middle of July (busy season) on a Saturday morning at 9 am. I CANNOT tell you how amazing and helpful these people were. We also had some power questions with regards to our battery. The guy came out and fixed our fridge and wasn't even going to charge us. If you don't appreciate how amazing this is, you haven't tried to schedule service lately. He also was extremely knowledgeable about batteries and gave us a ton of info on what batteries would be best for us but still cost efficient. Not at all pushy or trying to upsell. We decided to have them install two new batteries for us. Then as I was paying, my husband saw something in the store he wanted. The guy said, "No problem, and actually is there anything else you need help with?" My husband explained a problem we were having with the pull levers for the black and gray tanks. He said he would be more than happy to take a look at it and fix it if he had the parts. We have yet to receive service this amazing anywhere else. I absolutely would recommend Leisure RV. read more

The experience we had as mentioned before was a bad one but I will say the owner John stepped up to make things right and we did find a unit that was more sound . John walked us through the unit live with video going over the unit before we made the trip again . once there he was very professional and did a good job fixing the wrongs and took responsibility for Tony's poor behavior . Once we arrived back to Oregon with the unit we found a leak I contacted John and he arranged for it to be fixed another plus on going the extra mile to fix the issue . All in all John made a bad experience with his business better but I will not do business there in the future . If looking to get a used unit check it all over open under shower and sink areas look for leaks in and out have water filled in unit and run it all before purchasing or leaving the lot is my suggestion . We are a new customer of this dealer. We purchased a Jayco Eagle. Tony and John were very honest and laid back. If you like the hard sell, and being locked in a room, this is not the place. They let the quality of their Rvs do the talking. They were at least 10-20% better pricing for cleaner units than about 5 places we went to prior.
