So I decided to take a chance that cheaper may be better. And it was! His communication was impeccable. I find that doing any work with my house communication is where most companies fall short. Not with Ronald! He called back for a free estimate immediately. Came on a day that was good for me & my crazy schedule. On that day I was given a written estimate including the guarantee & full explanation of what would take place. Also a time frame for when these things would happen. March 18, 2026: I signed the contract. March 30, 2026: My old shabby posts removed & disposed. Then the new posts were cemented in. April 3, 2026: All gates were put up. Beautiful! They say fences make good neighbors…read more I called ARB fence on a Thursday. They came out gave me an estimate and installed on a Friday. Came in about 8:00 a.m. and finished at about 3:00. I had just the rear section of my backyard done. The man with prompt did good work and cleaned up after themselves. All the work was explained prior and even things that I thought would be good I was given enough information to make a decision whether I wanted to go that direction or not. I decided on PVC fencing. I got the two-tone instead of just the white that everyone gets. Thus far it looks good.

I really hate giving bad reviews, but I went out to ask about something and was told the manager/owner would come by later. He never did. When the project was finished, the fence didn't connect properly to our back fence, there was a gap near a big tree, and they left all sorts of stones and garbage on our side of the fence. Sure treated us as if we didn't matter. We've dealt with 2 other fence companies, with no problems. I'd use them for any future work and avoid Francisco.

I wish he did a better job spotting issues that could have saved me some extra work after the fact. I also wished he coordinated with my General Contractor better.
