We had Pardners install anew HVAC system for our lower level. Everything was professionally…read moreinstalled. The issue started almost as soon as the install was complete. Our lower level does not heat or cool properly. Pardners came out several times after the install and our complaints about the inefficient heating and cooling and they said there was no issue. They offered no solution. So, we have limped along supplementing our HVAC with fans and space heaters!! We realized the new unit they installed was grossly undersized for the space. Fast forward a few years and we call Pardners for an estimate for a new upstairs unit. We also wanted them to revisit the issues with our lower unit. The tech came out and we complained about the lower unit. He took information and that is the last we heard. Despite several phone calls, Pardners never called or followed up. We sincerely believe they know they undersized our new unit and don't want to make it right. So, we will shout to the rooftops about their lack of follow-up, their lack of concern about a botched job, and awful professionalism. We always try to throw work to the local companies but this would not be the company you will want to use. Run, as fast as you can to another HVAC company.

When our AC died of old age, they came out and hooked us up with a fantastic AC for a fraction of the market price. This business is owned by Mr. Schlueter and his son, and his wife, so it is a true family business. He came by several times to check and make sure everything was done right, and just to chat! Very friendly and great service all around. Even when our ducts did not blow right after they had installed the AC they came and inspected and fixed our ducts! If you are looking for a new AC or an AC fix, look no further. These are real people running an honest family business. And to the one negative review of the lady who called out like 19 businesses to come out to see who would get there first... that is highly unprofessional, this is a small family business, they travel for an hour sometimes to see a client and there only a handful of people that work there. Having someone come out on a whim, take two hours of their time, and then rudely dismiss them is very poor judgment imho.
