Just the tank, pan, and 'labor' (an hour) was just shy of $4000. The remaining was for 'permit and processing' and 'replace hose bib'. That tank is around $800 retail, so that's a very expensive lesson. We are waiting on the service manager to call us and walk us through it.... We had to call them back because they didn't call us. I'm sure it is shocking to hear that 'it's just their price', but they have a whopping two-year warranty. Wow. In our view, they took advantage of folks who trusted them to help. Not good business. Sent a request through Yelp and was contacted by Russell Electric. He wasn't able to make it until Wednesday. After our conversation he decided to come out that same night. (I had just lost a lot of food with the old frig and was rather frustrated with it all) It was 9:45pm. It took him 45min to an hour. Fixed the issue in like 15 min and made sure all was well before he left. He knew what he was doing and he explained it as he did. He gave me some information about the breaker and put my mind to rest. Friendly, courteous and just all around great guy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAN! I appreciate the willingness to go the extra mile. He will be who I call if I ever need anything ever again. Thank you again! I slept well knowing this was not an issue anymore.
