The whole job took less than 3 days, and they were a pleasure to work with. Hello out there in Yelp land! I recently had Leland Siding replace the aging wooden siding on my home for premium vinyl siding. I'll preface this review by saying that though Leland is not the cheapest provider out there, but he is one of the best! He came to our home about two months before the job was to begin and went over all of the options with us. Once we picked our colors, he took a deposit and scheduled the job. We weren't home for most of the construction, but when we got back from vacation, we came home to a changed house! His crew did a spectacular job on the siding and his team did a great job on cleaning up the jobsite after they were done. His team took care of all the little details in a timely manner and I was thoroughly impressed with not only the speed and quality of the job, but also with his customer service which was top notch. Leland sided our home 2 Years ago and did a tremendous job. We had an issue with this weekends windy rain storm and emailed Leland. They were out the next day to look at the issue and repaired it. Had a siding job completed this month by Tony's Crew. Prior to choosing a contractor I read some reviews stating that he was difficult to get ahold of. This simply was not true. He is a busy guy and was always on point about returning my emails and knowing exactly which customer I am. The project could not have gone better. Was nervous about covering two layers of very old shingles (the siding being wavy, the windows sinking). Tony let me know that neither of those things would be an issue. The siding looks perfect. The custom aluminum window trim were so well done and look amazing on the windows. They look grand. I was at work during the entire project and only saw them working a couple of times. Every day I came home and the site was very clean, everything raked. The neighbors commented that the crew was very quite and respectful. No one was smoking infront of the house (not sure that they do at all, there were no buds on my property as they have been with previous workers), they didnt blare music, ect. I had one issue with a window and door that were not trimmed. I let Tony know I was not happy with it and was taken care of the next day without any issue. I also decided on the last day of the project that I wanted to put shutters on the front. I emailed Tony and asked, in less than 10 minutes he responeded with "what color", and the shutters were on by lunch. I paid a bit more than other quotes but my partner and I trusted that he would likely do the best work. We were right and couldnt be happier. You get what you pay for. The house looks brand new. The installers for the siding & replacement skylight were great. I know with Covid times are challenging. The only thing keeping this from being 5 stars is scheduling notification. Maybe that can't be helped with covid but it's an opportunity for improvement. read more

Leland siding just put in vinyl siding for my building in Framingham about a month ago, and i couldn't be happier. it looks amazing, and i'm sure the property value has gone up. Extremely rude!! Never returned phone calls and texts after the first estimate. He was responding via emails alone and that too the response was delayed. He gave me a price a week ago and when I was ready to get the work done , he increased his price saying "that was last Saturday if you signed up, Sorry that's the price". I even accepted his new price as I had to get the work done and I am selling my house. Eventually he did not want to do the work. He simply wasted two weeks of my time. I will never recommend Tony Leland to anybody. read more

Similar experience as the previous post. A couple of years ago we called for an estimate on roof work. Never a call back to 2 calls. Over the past 3 weeks we called 3 times for an estimate on a siding repair - all covered by insurance. Never one call back. What floors me is they did a siding job up the street about a month ago and we are located probably 2-3 miles from their home/office- drive by there every day on my way to work and the Leland truck is sitting right in the driveway. Unreal. Is it so hard to call a potential customer and at least say you have no time in your schedule, etc etc? Unprofessional. read more

I had a new roof installed on my house by Leland Siding Windows & Roofing last fall and it was a great experience. When i called Tony called me back and set up an appointment for an estimate that day. He came on time to look and my roof and had me a written estimate within a week. The quote was very fair for the work being done and once the roof itself was done the final bill was in line with the quote. They did the roof quickly and other than the new roof you would never have known they were here. They did a great job! I would use Leland Siding Windows & Roofing again should i need siding or window work in the future. I referred him to my neighbor who needs a roof as well. read more
