They provided a schematic of how the door would look, and an easy to understand and competitively priced project proposal. The proposal also detailed several options we were considering, including 1/2" glass. We opted to move forward with Pioneer, they estimated it would take approximately three weeks to order our custom door. Just under three weeks later, our door arrived and was installed a few days later. There were no issues, the measurements were correct, door looked great and worked perfectly and swings easily, all 90 pounds of glass. And the 1/2" glass gives the shower a high-end look and feel. We'd be delighted to work with them again on our next glass related project.

When I first called to get a quote for the job they told me it would take about 1 hour and the cost would be $325.00. They were scheduled to come on one day and did not come and did not call. When they finally came the job took all of 10-15 minutes and they still charged $325 or $1200 per hour. When I called to discuss the matter I was basically told " it is what it is". My advice - use another company!
