If I could give zero stars I would. Not only did they not clean the entirety of the home that they…read moresaid they would, the parts that they did were horrendous. Didn't clean the kitchen at all, didn't clean the ac grates, didn't vacuum the carpets completely, left dirt around the bottom of the toilets, etc. etc. Owner offered to have them come back out but I was doing a walk through with buyers. The job should have been done right the first time. Also owner said oh the kitchen and stove are not typically included after I asked why they weren't cleaned. If you look at the original posting she STATES they clean the kitchen. Nowhere was this changed until after she took my money. I still want a refund. Yelp has been no help. Customer service "badge guarantee" is straight lies. They stopped answering my email responses and cannot get ahold of anyone. Don't bother with this business, steer clear.
