On 2 January, I received a Yelp message from Oscar and I had many questions i.e. price, inclusions, location, etc. I was quoted $90/he with a driving fee of $95. I only needed our bathrooms cleaned, however for $185 I also needed to know what was included, I received that list a day later. I text today at 2pm to confirm the appointment, Oscar Hasegawa responded and stated he "never heard back from me after he messaged the list to confirm". Apparently he skipped the text sent on 5 January at 4:55p confirming the price and again on 7 January at 5:10p confirming the date and time. I would not suggest using this "company", apparently customers are supposed to read this man's mind and provide a specific statement in order to confirm.
