My wife and I spent 6 nights at Lemon Cove Village RV Park and were impressed with the management and ownership of this park. I had occasion to deal with both of them and feel they were all very concerned with the care and quality of the park. On the positive side the store was well stocked, the club house was great, and the swimming pool was especially useful during the heat wave. Most of the sites were comfortably sized and utilities more than adequate. On the negative side, there are a few sites that weren't level and for the first time in 40 years I was unable to level my 5th wheel. To resolve, they moved us to a different site. I also contracted a stomach bug. Process of elimination led to either a problem with potable water at the park or a poorly rinsed salad from a nearby "Texas Longhorn" restaurant. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. read more

Stayed for 3 nights. Check in was 2pm, check out was 11am. They were part of the Good Sam parks. They had tents and RV sites. Got the full hookup with 30 and 50 amps. Cost about $138 a night. Good Sam annual membership cost $39, but you got 10% off your booking. Paid $10 for their fire pit, which looked like a repurposed laundry drum. They charge 3% for credit card usage. They also charge $5 for every additional person after 4 people per day. Was assigned one site during booking, but reassigned to another site upon arrival. They said the sites are subject to change. Didn't like that the site we were assigned to was much smaller than our original site. The park was very clean. The restroom with toilet stalls and showers were very clean and well maintained. Liked that the restrooms required a code to enter. They had a dog park that was opened 24 hours and a pool that opened from 9am to 8pm. Was unable to use the pool due to their short hours, but it appeared clean. Park can be noisy since it was off the busy street. read more

We just stayed 3 nights at Lemon Cove Village RV Park and it was Great! The park is clean with fresh rock / gravel throughout and wide driving lanes. Our space, and many others, have trees for shade that don't interfere with the trailer. We met 3 staff members and all were extremely helpful and friendly. We had full, 50 amp hookups and there were no issues through our surge / EMS system. We walked around the park several evenings and other campers were very friendly and respectful. We sat outside all three evenings, one of those at our "neighbors" campsite and noise was Not a problem. There is a newly renovated rec-room, office and store area, along with showers, laundry & pool. We enjoyed the surrounding towns and went into Three Rivers several times. We also discovered the "Woodlake Botanical Garden" that was a very pleasant surprise, just 10 miles away. We will be back! read more

Spent 3 nights, 3 day stay. Amazing experience. Pool was clean, and even let us stay a lil over closure time. Bathrooms and showers were clean. They have laundry rooms and upgraded their check in area with lots of good hygiene products and food supplies if needed. Comes with WiFi & a lounge area as well. Staff are friendly and we even made some friends with the other campers! Sequoia National Park is just a 20 min drive as well. read more

We stayed at Lemon Cove RV Village to visit Sequoia and Kings Canyon NP's during our kids' spring break. Lemon Cove is not the closest RV park to the Sequoia NP entrance, but definitely has the most amenities for families. They have FHU RV and tent areas. The sites are gravel and some leveling will be necessary. The WiFi is pretty good and the camp store has some necessities but no beer or liquor. There is a nice game room next to the front office with a pool table, fooze ball table, board games, arcade games and movies on a big screen. The restrooms, showers and laundry area look nice and well maintained. The grounds are kept nice. The traffic noise from the roadway can be heard but isn't too bothersome. They have disc golf, a volleyball court and horseshoe pit, plus a pool (not heated). The employees are friendly and very helpful. Theres a grocery store just 10 minutes up the road at Three Rivers. There's 2 local gas stations within 5 minutes that I'd recommend, but if you choose to fill up in Three Rivers, it'll be about a dollar more per gallon. Both of the local stations have diesel. Lemon Cove Village was a great home base while visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon NP's and I'd recommend it to others. read more

Policy rules for anyone considering this RV park: They have a strict cancellation policy. Cancel anytime MORE THAN 48 hours in advance and you're still charged for one full night, plus a non-refundable booking fee. Between 24-48 hours, they charge the first night plus half of the remaining stay, and under 24 hours they charge the entire reservation. All cancellations must be done by email and confirmed, or they won't count. I have a reservation June 14th and canceled April 15th and my total loss for even considering this park was $135. That's unfair by any standard. read more

Great place to camp with Full Hook Ups and down the road from Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon National Park. Great for families with kids and alot of open space. They have a nice little Clubhouse plus a pool for them warm days. We had a blast staying there. I look forward to camping there again. read more

Beautiful campground nestled among the citrus trees in a valley. Sites are large and easy to get into. Landscaping adds to the beauty of the park! Nice dog park, secluded pool with shade, clean and efficient restrooms and laundry. RV store has the most variety I have ever seen in all our travels! Everything you would need plus more! I bought a beautiful amethyst crystal necklace there! The owners are so friendly and helpful and keep the comfort of their visitors in mind. You can tell they put extra effort into the clubhouse to help you learn about the area and also to keep the kids and adults entertained. This RV park/campground was a real gem to find on our way out of Sequoia National Park. We stayed in our sprinter van in one of their water-only RV sites but they also have tent sites and RV sites with water and electric. The after-hours self check-in was simple. There is a dog park and also a dog-washing station and a pool. There are laundry and shower facilities that are available 24 hours. The whole site is impressively maintained, with clean and tidy facilities throughout. If you happen to be stuck here in the rain, they have a nice little lounge with Keurig coffee, a big flat screen TV with tons of DVD movies, foosball, and a pool table. Teresa was amazing from my first call to reserve a group tent site. She spent time answering my questions and making suggestions for our group. When we checked in she made all of us smile with her lovely personality! The group site was great! Tons of shade for tents, a large covered area with two tables and a bbq, running drinkable water, an outlet to charge cell phones and a couple of benches. It was super clean. Bathroom and showers were clean, hot water and pressure were so good. It got a little steamy during the evening but someone just propped the door open and that helped. Pool was clean and there were plenty of lounges with umbrellas if needed. Trash is emptied regularly/daily if needed. We are definitely going back for another glamping trip soon! Also, Sequoia Shuttle stops at the front for an easy ride into the park! read more

This place never disapoints us. We've been traveling to and from Bakersfield for about the last year. This place is clean, well kept the bathrooms, showers are immaculate. The makeover of the store is amazing. If you forgot something, more than likely the store will have it! Teresa one of the property managers is the sweetest. Every stay she she has been a wonderful person to deal with. I've seen previous reviews regarding booking issues. It's simple if you don't show up even at a hotel you will be charged so there isn't any difference in a camping spot. read more

Very disappointed. When we first started our stay in September 2025 it was clean and promising. We stayed thru April of 2026 and watched the park slowly go downhill as far as cleanliness, not to mention terrible management. Management openly argued with each other in the office and laundry room, sometimes even yelling loud enough to hear from our site. They often struggled with check in which led to long lines and wait time. Prices were raised continuously without reason even though we signed a contract when we arrived. When we asked questions about this or expressed our opinion we were told we could "just leave." Finally When we did put in our 30 day notice and moved our trailer we still had 3 paid days so we moved slowly and unfortunately had things stolen from our site. We confronted the office and were given few answers even though there are cameras on the entire property. I will not stay here again. They price is very high and the quality is lacking read more

This is a very quiet nice location. We were very impressed with the afternoon/night host that helped us find a great spot that was level enough for our picky RV. Theresa was very courteous and helpful and even helped us with our travel plans to the Sequioas. Her expertise was perfect for the correct sight seeing plan and that was very appreciated. Campers Beware! Read the policy rules before you book, you you might regret! We booked for 2 weekend nights, paid deposit. Sadly there was an issue with our RV and had to go into shop. Emailed requesting reschedule. No problem, just that "per policy rules" owner took the rest of our money without reminding of "policy rules before booking" . That money really strapped us, but could have cared less. Well RV is still in shop so requested to cancel as don't know status of when repaired. Well #3 policy rules, keeping all my money! Most places only charge a small cancellation fee, not this owner! The part is beautiful and staff are very nice, just this absent owner is very uncaring in my opinion. read more

That's one guaranteed way to be sure I never consider the campground ever again, in addition to spreading poor word of mouth about your business. Retaining someone's money over short notice/inability to rent the campsite makes legitimate sense. However, your policy is beyond questionable and quite frankly fraudulent. I'll make a report with the Better Business Bureau. I called to secure a spot for a mother with a four-day-old baby who is living out of her car, offering to loan my RV and cover the cost of the stay. Teresa initially told me she would follow up, but she never did. I had to chase her down, and when I finally got in touch, the price had mysteriously increased from $1,100 to $1,800 in just three days--a blatant case of price gouging. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Rather than showing any compassion for a struggling mother and newborn, she made the entire process difficult and frustrating. If this is how Lemon Cove RV Park treats people in need, I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. There are plenty of other RV parks that treat people with respect and integrity--this is not one of them! read more

Great staff! While checking in, I felt welcomed and it was a great feeling. Maintenance guy offered a guide to the site and deliver my firewood, but kindly declined. Was assigned site 6 and all was okay at first glance. I then realized the sewer drain was a bit high defying the law of gravity. I could have been more vocal earlier during my stay, but didn't. However, they offered me to either go to the office and change sites or use their dump station when checking out. Using their dump station was the less complicated of the two options. Hopefully they will trim that pipe or designate the site for just the higher rigs. The water was shut down without warning for about an hour or so during mid day but was restored. Just glad I wasn't in the middle of shower covered in shampoo. Could you imagine? By the way, their water pressure is low. To me it saves water, but probably not great if you plan on rinsing out your black tank. Their Wi-Fi did not work at all for me. It may have worked at some point, but I would not count on its reliability. The gravel road were great in some places, but passing cars would kick off dust like a storm. Be aware that some of the sites are not full hookups. Those sites will allow them to use their generators and may be literally across from you. It didn't bother me much, but worth mentioning given I do know some who despise the noise and fumes it emits. I'd return if the opportunity arises. Don't get me wrong, I had a pleasant stay and the staff has been great. It's definitely a better option to park your rig here than in Sequoia National Park. Trust me! Just remember camping is never perfect and that includes those like myself who glamp with trailers. read more

By reading some of the reviews for this place, people have low expecatations or stay at lousy RV resorts. The best thing about it is it kind of proximity to Sequoia N.P. We stayed in August 2020 and the entire place had dead grass (except by clubhouse), the dog park was all dirt and run down. The ground was covered in cockroaches in the dark. Literally they were scattered like ants in the hundreds. They would run into holes in the ground when you shine a flashlight on them. Scary! It looked like no one takes care of anything here. The pool was ok, not too bad but every campsite was desolate. Sorry to say, we will never stay here again. Plus they have some weird cancelations policies. read more

They have a pool which is great for the kids, especially when hot, and it does get hot in summer time. They have a game room with a TV and AC, if you need a break from being outdoors. They also have a washing machine to wash your clothes. They have a general store with basic necessities. I think it's a perfect camping location for families with children because of these amenities. My wife and I wanted to go camping after being confined due to the Shelter in Place and we were able to find an open campground at Lemon Cove Village. Pros: Half empty campgrounds so social distancing was easy. Large campsites with good shade. Clean bathroom and showers. Big empty recreation room with pool table and big screen TV. Cons: Only 1 bathroom site in whole campground so many tent campers were constantly driving from the remote campsites to the bathroom resulting in constant traffic and dust around our campsite. Campgrounds close to Highway 198 so a lot of road traffic noise during the day. Because of pandemic, Sequoia National Park and hiking trails and fishing along Kaweah Lake and River were all closed. Also, most restaurants were closed. read more

Our family has been singled out by the controlling staff. The staff has visited us Saturday and told us to turn down our music around 8pm, 2 hours before quiet time, their rules clearly states that quiet time is at 10pm to 8am. Mind you, that our music wasn't full blast and they act like it was, we surveyed the circumference of our site to see if you can really hear it and it's barely noticeable. And our neighbors are also doing their thing with fairly amount of noice, I don't see them getting a warning. Then the next day Sunday, it was raining and cold, so instead of going to play in the river we decided to stay in and just hangout and play games and listen to music. Around 2pm, middle of the day, a lady staff, gives us another warning and states that "ALL DAY IS QUIET TIME" soooo what is it really????? Do you just make up rules as you go??? She was sooo rude and was yelling the whole time. And just to let you know the rv park is almost empty because everyone left, we don't even have neighbors beside us and probably some people left earlier in the day to do adventures in sequioa. Another staff came, a man in a truck... I specifically asked him if they have a decibel limit and he was like, "IT'S NORMALLY OLDER CROWD THAT COMES HERE -- PEOPLE ARE QUIETER." This place is not wholesome, they cater to older crowds who are threatened by the sound of laughter, don't come here and expect you can play card games, play music, or having quality time with your family, this is not the place, they wanted the place to be as quiet as a cemetery..... they police your every move. Also: * Shower pressure sucks, and the shower head are so low, you have to be at least 5 feet tall so you don't have to duck down. My legs were cramping by the end of the shower. * For a 55 site capacity, they only have one location for bathroom with three stalls each for shower and toilet, it's attached to the main office. * The staff don't follow state guidelines to wear masks, good thing we're vaccinated though. * If you are going to reserve their tent site, make sure to bring ear plugs or sleeping aids, the tent site is so close to the 65 highway that you can hear the passing vehicles so clearly. Lamest camp ground we've ever stayed at!!!! And we've stayed in a lot of beautiful, fun and accommodating ones. Our family camps lots of times a year, this was the most distasteful places we've been. Never coming back to this one for sure. Only pro that I'll mention is that it's dog friendly. Good luck! read more

All our years of camping upon cancellation we forfeit the reservation fee which is usually around $7.50 but never ever have we had to forfeit the first nights fee in this case was $96 We cancelled weeks before our arrival date. Charging the first nights stay is a first for us. Unfortunately we don't always know what the future holds so instead of chancing loosing so much money we choose to not reserve with you again which is sad because really like your park. read more

Wonderful, well maintained RV Park.They have a rec room, dog park, swimming pool, restrooms with showers that are cleaned daily. We were in a pinch and needed to extend our stay by 2 nights due to our previous plans being less than accommodating for camping. They were more than happy to help us and even had us go down and scope out the available tent sites for shade. We were here during a heatwave and they kept the pool open a little longer since it was 100+ degrees but it was always closed before dark per county requirement's. Quiet location and friendly staff. While we did not utilize it there is a shuttle that you can pay for to pick you up from the park and take you to sequoia. This seemed a nice perk for those with RV's. There is even a resident who sets up a lemonade and hot dog stand on weekends and works for tips. read more

so many cockroaches. we arrived around 10pm to a tent site with no other tent campers in the park and immediately noticed a cockroach. after briefly looking around we saw 4 adults just in our small tent site alone. we thought it was a local issue since we were near a trash can, but after a short inspection, there were roaches like every 5 feet across the tent sites. there were all stages of their lifecycle, and this was clearly not just a new small infestation. we did not stay for more than 20 minutes, I have never left a campsite so quickly due to pests. We paid in full and understand the cancellation policy, but just want to make sure others are aware. read more

Our first impressions on this RV Park were WOW! It's beautiful! It's green! And the luscious landscape pulls you in. We met Tim and Linda (1) who are just the niecest people. They and the rest of the employees keep the park clean and extremely well maintained. I loved the Recreation room and got to play some foosball and pool with my husband. It really brought back some fun memories growing up. We really loved our stay here we stayed for a week. If we are in the area we definitely! Will be staying again. Thank you everyone for making our stay a wonderful one. There is full hook ups 30 & 50 amp, water, trash, recycling and sewer. Make sure you have septic safe toilet paper though. Bathrooms, showers, laundry room, Recreation room, dog fenced in dog park, Swimming pool, tent areas, fire pits, BBQ area, volleyball ball nets, frisbee golf. Their check in office has souvenirs and miscellaneous items if you need them. When they give you the map they give you a list of places with numbers and addresses to eat at or places you may need while you stay. 20 miles into vilsalia you can find a big Walmart shopping center. We also went to a place up the street called Lemon Cove Citrus Company and bought some amazing fruit and orange honey. If they are not open, message them on Facebook and they will come out open the store. They are so nice! We were also told you can also make future orders with them and they will mail the honey to you. read more

My boyfriend and I went camping here with his family for Memorial Day weekend. His parents have a huge RV so we met them up at the campsite. The campgrounds are right outside of Sequoia National Park, which was about a 3.5 hour drive from SoCal. We drove up at night so we didn't get to see much of the scenic views on the way up, but once you veer off the 99 freeway you're basically in farm land until you reach the site. The campsite was pretty easy to locate, with the help of Google Maps. The campgrounds were very clean. The restrooms were very well kept and the rangers were always cleaning or making sure that they were fully stocked. Since our RV had a shower I did not use the campground showers, but they looked pretty clean. I was surprised to find that the campground had no knatts/mosquitos like other campgrounds I've camped at, which I was thrilled about because I am a mosquito magnet! They also have a dog park, a field to play volleyball or football, and a pool. Unfortunately, since it was a holiday weekend, the grounds were crowded as was the pool, so we didn't get a chance to enjoy that. Each site was spaced more than 6 ft a part so we were still able to abide by social distancing rules. I would love to come here at least once a year, I really enjoyed myself. read more

What a great place! 4 of us - 2 tents and 1 hammock shared a tent site with plenty of room. I had called ahead and requested a fire bucket (since we would be checking in late) and it was at our site waiting for us when we got there. When we pulled up there was an envelope with our name taped to the door and clear directions to our site along with the pass codes for the bathrooms and wifi. The site was spacious and flat, perfect for tent camping. The bathrooms were clean and the hot showers felt amazing after a day of hiking. Everyone at the park was friendly and there was even a 24 hour attendant if needed. Would recommend 10/10 times! read more

We cancelled 50 hours prior to arrival deadline. campground said in fell in 24-48 hrs. needless to say they are very unforgiving so beware of this.
