Stay here one night arrived very late the office was already closed. I walked up to the office a very nice lady approached me and gave me an envelope and said don't worry you can pay tomorrow morning. She also showed me what spot I could parking in. I used the laundry facility it was very clean. Our spot was very clean full hookups including Wi-Fi. It's very convenient right off the freeway and they also have 2 small dog areas fenced in. Would definitely stay here again.

As many others have said this is an OK place to stay along the road. They don't bill themselves as anything more special than that but it is dependable. Concrete pads and paved roads no weeds decent restrooms. Park is not large so call ahead. A drawback for some people will be train tracks very nearby though that does not bother me. Al, the manager, is great.

Girl behind desk doesn't know how to get you on their Wi-Fi. Dog pop on grass. It rained, drainage bad.

Nice, clean and friendly RV park. However, did not enjoy the noise from a train at all hours of the day.

It's literally across from the fishing area, picnic area, farthest from the traffic and road noise. The water has a fountain and ongoing movement of water, perhaps that's why it seems more natural looking vs stagnant and gross. Most of this area and the opposite side of the river is undeveloped so it has a nature feel that most campsites I've been to don't give. And I've been to lots of them. My Hubby and sons caught like 7, 8, and 20 fish they said. All catch and release. Tons of catfish & bass. Some are so huge. Keep staring at the water near the small metal dock there and you might see them all. We are in site 122. The road noise woke me up at 6am, so I put in my earplugs and slept until 9am. For my future self, make sure to keep a permanent earplug stash in the RV. Other times I've been in other sites and the noise wasn't an issue and we've stayed here at least 3-4x. It's not glamorous, it doesn't have a ton of extra like a pool, putting greens, pool table, snack bar, etc. But it does have a small, shaded kids play area, volleyball net, basketball hoop, shaded picnic tables. It's so country feeling and relaxing. Its quiet & thats what I prefer when I go camping. This is one of my favorite camping spots in the cooler months of early Spring like March. One day I'd like to come here & camp on my way to Yosemite or Kings Canyon. Great rates & highly suggest.

In other words. The wife, dog and I were free to travel without guests. I chose Naval Air Station Lemoore as our destination for its close proximity, low park fee and the security of being on a naval base. Narrative: This was our first time visiting NAS Lemoore and its RV Park so, not wanting to arrive to any surprises, I did what research I could before our trip. Unfortunately, the Youtube videos of the park were over six years old and didn't provide any information such as directions from the bases main gate or, where to find space numbers once at the park. There was also little to no reviews on any of the RV websites or forum boards to help. But after contacting the bases Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) office, who oversee the RV park. I was able to look at the old Youtube footage and piece together where our space (number 3) was actually located once we arrived. Scene: The RV park is located on the housing side of the base. The RV sites are extremely wide concrete slabs but, the sites are only about 40 feet long. Not enough room to park your Truck or car on the side of your RV but, just enough to park in front of it. Each site comes with 50/30 amp hook-ups. Water. Sewer and cable ready. Additionally, each site has its own metal picnic table. Trash can and a BBQ pit. Open fires from a fire pit are not allowed unless your pit has an arrester. Gas fire pits are okay to use. The park also has a Mens / Womens restroom and, two FREE washer and dryer's for use. Across the street from the RV park is a McDonalds. And to the left of the RV park entrance is a nice brewery / restaurant named Spuds. Adjacent to the RV park is a golf driving range. The outdoor aquatic center and a fenced in dog park with a separate are in the park for smaller dogs weighing 15 pounds or less. Plenty of dog "potty" bags are available trough the dog park. Evidence: Overall, this RV park is super nice and the price we paid for two full nights was $24 dollars. There are a few things you should know before you decide to visit this park though. - When making reservations. Call the MWR office directly. Going through the DOD Lodging website can only make the reservations but, won't be able to tell you your space number. - When you call the MWR office to make your reservations. Be sure to ask what space number you'll have. Your email conformation will NOT have this information. - When arriving at the bases gate. Do NOT use the truck gate. Stay in the right hand lane through the main gate. This is the same for your exit off the base with you RV. The exit looks light (and it is) but, going slow and using the left exit lane may be your only option if leaving on a weekend or holiday. The truck gate is not open on weekends or holidays. - If you drive or pull with a Diesel Truck. The NEX gas station has diesel fuel but, its only located on the island next to the Exchange. - Most of the RV park spaces are currently occupied by long term campers or active military waiting for housing. Expect to see and possibly hear dogs from your neighbors sites. - I was told by the resident manager (Bill) this park will be closing on March 1, 2022 and was expected to be closed for several months while the park is refurbished and expanded. Be sure to call MWR well in advance to see if the park is accepting reservations. Recommendation(s): NAS Lemoore's RV Campground is extremely nice. The amenities can't be beat nor can the price. If you find yourself in the Central Valley of California. Have access to the installation and want to camp and relax cheap, this is your place.

What we did hear were idling big rigs, because the park is near a truck stop. We had a sound machine, so we plugged it in and listened to rain, which drowned out the trucks pretty well. I took a nice walk around the park. Located next to the park is a field that contained about a dozen goats. Cute. There seemed to be only a few long term residents, and their sites were relatively uncluttered. Overall, the perfect midway stop.

We stayed in cabin 54 The pictures on the website look very well maintained and clean. Yet in person it was very unkept. The pool was slightly green, and Park had a few broken pieces, and a ton of weeds. I am so glad we didn't bring our golden doodle, because the dog park was dirt and weeks, along with our cabin area. We arrived an hour and a half before check in, we were told by the lady at the front desk that our cabin was a priority, however after an hour of waiting we had to leave to go pick up our son, we were told at 2pm that they were just need to add linens to our cabin and it will be ready, but we had to go. Check in time is 3pm. When we arrived back to the park at 4:30pm, we were told that the staff was still putting linens in our cabin. We couldn't check in until 5pm... 2 hours after their check in time. When I booked this cabin, I specifically asked the staff if the beds came with linens, or if we had to bring our own. I was told that this is similar to a hotel and all lines are provided. Grated after we checked in the office closed. We didn't realize till bed time that both bunks up stairs, and the pull out bed and no linens!! I tried calling the after hours number, only to be forwarded to voicemail. We had dirty dishes in the cabinets, old spices with spice residue in the cabinet, let over open bag of ice in the freezer, a sock in bedroom drawer. The TV WiFi wasn't working, dusty and dirty fans in the bathroom and the bedroom. AC unit in the living room wasn't working. The bedroom had 2 bedside lamps, one with a busted lamp shade and the other missing completely. The bedroom light, was flickering, and then shutting completely off, we had concerns of a shortage, but was told it was the light bulbs. The loft carpet smelt like piss. Siding coming off the staircase. Kitchen chandelier was hanging up by a plastic shoe hook. Just felt really dingy and dirty after seeing things. For the price it definitely wasn't worth it: the workers were semi helpful, and refunded me a night.

Traveling with three kids and a dog, we also need space and at least two bathrooms, and this place delivered for first visit to Sequoia/Kings Canyon. This location is closest to the Kings Canyon entrance, and the drive is beautiful. If you're visiting in winter, just be prepared. After December, the highway into the park can close due to weather -- this happened to us for a couple of days - snowed before followed rain. The alternate route is possible but very long. We stayed four days and had flexibility, but definitely bring chains if you're visiting in winter. The property has RV spots and rental homes. We stayed in a three-bedroom house with 2 baths with 5 people (and a small dog) for 5 days/4 nights for New Year's and had plenty of space. The home was comfortable, with a full kitchen and included a gas BBQ, dishes, and cookware. A few small things would make it even better: more kitchen utensils and serving plates/bowls, plus extra towels. We were a family of five with a dog visiting during very rainy weather, and towels went fast. It would also be more convenient if the washer/dryer were in the unit instead of shared at the office/library. Important tip: bring all your food and drinks with you. There is no store or grocery nearby, and this is not a "pick it up down the road" situation. The closest grocery stores are in Woodlake or Visalia, about a 45-minute drive EACH WAY. Bee stopped in Visalia on the way in at Winco to buy food. The internet was surprisingly excellent -- fast and reliable. We also loved the wildlife around the property. We saw lots of animals, but especially enjoyed the friendly cats that stopped by and the silly quails wandering around. Overall, this is a peaceful, family- and dog-friendly place with a lot of character. If you're looking for a quiet home base near Kings Canyon and Sequoia and don't mind being remote, we'd definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

We used my laptop instead. The WiFi was strong, as was the internet. Starlink for the win! Be warned, this is a place you come back to after your activities. There really is not much to do or places to eat. Bring food with you to prep and cook in the kitchen. That being said, we did explore the property for 1/2 a day and that was fun.
