The service was great all around and the head spa was so relaxing, I might've fallen asleep for a bit! It was the most comically bad massage. I was put in a room for a couples massage, it was cold with no heated bed, the beds face plate was hard and firm so they had a pillow over it that did not stay in the right place. The masseuse asked me what hurt, assuming she was asking about problem areas, I told her about my neck and shoulders. She proceeded to crawl onto the table for the first part of the massage and push into different points of my body. Then massaged through the sheet for some time. The massage had no flow to it, there would be moments of softness but it was choppy. I have never had to say something hurt but several times I had to tell her that hurts and she told me sometimes it gets better after the hurt. She went and spent 5 minutes heating up stones mid massage in the microwave. I could hear it dinging. After using them on me she left them on my back and they kept sliding off while she was doing other things and even fell on the floor. At one point she put my arms up hands behind my head and lifted my upper torso among other PT feeling moves. It was just so bizarre- not any Swedish massage I'm used to. Not at all relaxing and I was patiently waiting for it to end. I am not convinced the worker had a license and for $150 I expect a lot more quality. read more

Do not go here! My bf and I got a couples massage last night. The only thing we liked: the aesthetic. Things I hated: - when we got there, two of the workers were in an extremely loud screaming fight and we could hear the entire thing. This went on for at least 5 minutes. - the room felt like everything came from Temu. There is nowhere to set your clothes. - the sheet is extremely narrow, more narrow than the actual table, it's hard to stay completely covered. - the don't put and actual blanket on you so you're cold the entire time. - the room does have music but there is no white noise machine, no essential oil diffuser or candles, and they leave the lights on the whole time. It is full fluorescent lighting for the entire time. - the massage was horrible. She used her elbows and fists a lot. At one point she just runs the point of her elbow up your spine and it's terrible. At the end she cracked all of my toes? All of the movements are very hurried, it isn't relaxing at all. It hurts a lot. Today, the day after, my back hurts horribly and even wearing a bra strap is painful on my shoulder. - when they tell you to flip over, they don't hold up the sheet so you are guaranteed to have a reveal. Don't go here. Yes there are mixed reviews but there's no way the positive reviews are true. I find it hard to believe anybody working there has a license. read more

I will start off by saying that I am in town visiting my in-laws for the holidays and my husband bought me a 30 minute facial and a 30 minute massage. I live in a small mountain town in Wyoming so, arriving first thing on 12/26 as the first customer to a sparsely occupied business building was something notable. As a forensic nurse I take in my surroundings like a hawk and am unable to fully relax in vulnerable and new settings. The inside waiting area was clean and inviting, with gentle music and trickling water effects. After a thorough check-in questionnaire we started off with the facial. I am absolutely pleased with the results. I was comfortable, warm, and honestly my skin has not looked this good in years! For this I WOULD give them But..... Then I flipped over and we began the massage. I opened my eyes and noticed the masseuse was wearing dusty gray-blue shoes. There was an obvious change in the ambient noise: hallway noise became louder, temperature shift and the door opened. I opened my eyes once again and to my surprise there were BLACK shoes underneath the bed! I immediately was on edge as I was naked, face down, and had just gotten the old switch-a-roo of the masseuse and let's be honest- America- where for the most part crazy shit can happen at any minute. Now, why didn't I pop up and demand to know what was going on you might ask? Because the pressure and technique was actually a lot better than the individual originally massaging me. ‍ Another 15 minutes went by and once again there was a change in the environment and when I opened my eyes, what would appear but the original dusty gray-blue sneakers from before. I'd love to give this place a better rating but why in the world would two different people massage me and why wouldn't they just tell me beforehand??? So, if you go here, maybe take a moment to ask who's doing what and if there will be any new people coming in halfway through the services. read more

Absolutely horrible communication!! Let me just start with that I couldn't get in! I booked a month in advance for a 90-minute massage. After I booked, I then received a confirmation via text message and email of my appointment. In that message, it did ask me to confirm or cancel my appointment, but I had just booked, and I didn't want to confirm too early. Tomorrow was SUPPOSED to be my appointment, but instead, I got a lovely message today telling me that my appointment is now canceled because I did not confirm!!! Are you kidding me?! I received NO call, NO reminder message, or email! Just a message telling me my appointment tomorrow is now CANCELLED. So I called, I'm not sure who I spoke with, but they just kept justifying the cancellation by saying I didn't confirm my appointment and I booked a month in advance and didn't know if I was still coming. What business just cancels an appointment because the client didn't confirm?!?! That makes no sense! I wasn't even offered another time or date, just a "Sorry, but" I will never be booking here again, they are obviously, very unprofessional and not worth your time or money. read more

The lady seemed irritated that I showed up 15 minutes early, even though I didn't mind waiting. The first 15 minutes of the massage was over the sheet, which did not feel good against my skin. She didn't use very much oil. It definitely wasn't what I would consider deep tissue at all. She kept putting my legs and arms in positions to try to pop my back, which is dangerous given the fact that she isn't a doctor or chiropractor. The walls are SUPER thin, you can hear everyone talking/the bathroom, everything going on in any of the rooms. Then to top it all off I tried to use a gift card, since my boyfriend booked and paid for this for my birthday and she couldn't figure it out. Had to call her boss, who wasn't answering. She wanted me to pay for it again, which I said absolutely not. She then demanded I tip her. After I left they texted my boyfriend trying to tell him he didn't pay. He sent them screenshots of the gift card and where he had already paid. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Update: the owner has been harassing us and is now accusing me of stealing a massage even though we sent her proof. Clearly they don't know how to use their own systems. read more

Couples massage-thought we'd give Lemon Massage a try. First red flag-they post inside the room that sexual favors are not allowed. What spas post this?? In the middle of our massage when both of us turned over to our backs-the massage therapists had the door to our room wide open! They laughed and shut it when we both looked that way. Absolutely no reason for them to have to door open. Then credit card payment-bill was $278, after walking out I look at my bank accnt-charge for $728 posted. Had to go back and credit the accnt. Book a massage and facial a few weeks in advance. The day before our time got changed. When arriving I was immediately concerned about how this was going to go. The facility was run down and no staff in sight. There was a large sign about tipping. In the massage room there was no chair or place to put your clothing. The was a sign in the room about no sexual flavors permitted. During the massage she climbed on my back with no warning which was unexpected. I then had a facial. I was never asked about my skin type or told about any of the products that were put on my face. Where it really took a bad turn was when it was time to pay. They overcharged me by quite a bit. I asked they why it was so much over the service charge and tip I gave they acted like they could understand English. I would not recommend this place. read more

My 60 minute Swedish massage just finished and I'm sitting in my car writing this review - I'm so relaxed, my masseuse was so attentive - it was the perfect amount of pressure, the music was calming - exactly what you want. They used up the full hour (we had a couples massage), provided little waters after. I think I can probably say this is one of the best massages I've had. We go to spas in New York all the time and I feel like there was something about this place that was just an all around great experience. Great value for the cost. Very reasonable. read more

Booked our appts a couple weeks in advance and the day before our time got changed. Place is not anything like the pictures on their website which they want you to think its a professional place to get spa treatments. I'm not certain that any of the employees are licensed massage therapist so do your research which I couldn't find anything on google or FB. Then only to hear about Yelp and found out that all the negatives are true statements & we would have booked elsewhere. All the employees don't speak English while all of them have american names which was a red flag. Signs in the room about no sexual favors are permitted another red flag. The place is not the cleanest & no room to change clothes or hooks to hang them up on in the room. Then lastly when paying they overcharged me plus wasn't very accepting of what I wanted to tip. They looked at each other & as I could read the looks on their face they were expecting more. The person I was with was also overcharged so watch what they charge you compared to what their website says. read more

They were very touchy when it came time to have them rub my legs I tried to remind then not to touch those areas and they kept going so about half way throw the massage I got up and started to leave and she was holding out her hand for a tip. Was hoping for a trigger point massage but all the therapists were Chinese although they all had American names and the one that I had couldn't speak English very well. She tried to get me to use her phone translating app but that didn't work very well. I wanted deep work on certain muscles but there was no way the translator would know muscle groups in English. This place was really terrible. I went to relax after a week of stress and sleeping on a terrible bed. I left more sore than when I arrived. The lady who gave me the massage kept smacking me after she finished an area. She also clearly didn't know muscular anatomy. She kept massaging areas of low stress and strain and neglecting others. She would put more pressure on sensitive places and I had to tell multiple times to reduce her pressure in general. It got really weird when she CLIMBED ONTO THE TABLE WITH ME to put her FULL weight on me. The place had no atmosphere of relaxation either. No sounds, music, scents, or lighting. Great massage, felt amazing afterwards. While paying at end tipped a decent amount in cash only to be antagonized to give a higher tip. They "suggested" a $60 tip for a 90 minute couples massage, and when I initially refused they began yelling about how hard their job was. The massage overall was good, but my experience was ruined by their rudeness at the end. If you do come for a massage be prepared to pay 30%+ as a tip. read more
