This is my first time giving a review on anything. I just had to comment about the terrible service this place has. I have done Uber eats for only a month or so, and this by far is the worst place to pick up food. Even in this short period of time. Most employees there have such a bad attitude. I've seen them talk to the customers like they're trash. They take a long time preparing the food too. The parking is terrible. I had to go through the drive thru once because there wasn't any parking spots, and the guy that was attending me told me that the my order for uber eats wasn't ready and so i had to find parking again.Luckily, the second i left the drive thru there was a parking spot open. It took a few seconds to get out of my car and enter the place. I received the order straight away. From the looks of it, the order had been prepared sometime ago. The guy that was attending me through the drive thru just didn't feel like checking. Unbelievable. Knowing them, they probably messed up the order too. I have never tried the food though, so I can't say anything about it . I just deliver it to people. I wouldn't even want to try it. read more

This place is fantastic! We tried it based off a list on Reddit of really good but lesser known spots in Miami. It does not disappoint. Perfectly fried shrimp and conch neither of which was greasy. Most of the time they are rude and will make you wait over 30 minutes when they feel like it. Im going to keep this as brief as possible. I visited the location in Miami on 54th Street NW 27th Ave. It was New Years Eve 2020. The positive thing is there was plenty of staff and they even had 2 people in the drive through outside taking orders. After paying, I was told to park my car and wait for the food. I was ok with that because it was New Years Eve and I understand this is a very busy place. After getting my food, I noticed there was no ranch sauce in the bag, so I went in to ask the drive up staff. Perhaps they didn't realize I had already waited 20 minutes and told me to stand in line and it would be .50. The line inside was already long and the little girl behind the counter told me that I needed to wait again. I explained to her that I had already waited now going on 30 minutes and I did not want to wait in line all over again because of Ranch. She said you need to pay and that's why you need to wait again. I was ok with paying again, but come on, making me wait twice is simply ridiculous. After having spent $60, she probably could have provided this as a curtesy just to get me out. The worse part is that this little girl had a major attitude and was obviously frustrated and was very passive aggressive during her entire interaction with me. I kept calm and asked for the name and number of a supervisor that I could speak to. She wrote the number down for Omar, but I made the decision that whoever Omar is probably wasn't going to do anything, but a nice recap on Yelp would at least allow me to vent my frustrations to the world. There was a very tall man behind the food prep table that night and he saw my frustration but didn't even question it. I'm pretty sure he was a supervisor, but by then I just wanted to leave. I normally spend between $70-$90 weekly on food for game night at Hooters, but I came here because they were closed. Found this place on here it's a place you take your food to go there is no seating , it was so amazing we had a pick four with shrimp,lemon pepper wings,conch,and tilapia everything was cooked to order we also got the hush puppies which were the best I have ever had ! We got fried okra also which was great also some stuff gets a lemon pepper powder and it's perfect it menu we got a lot of amazing food for just about $35! I felt that the wings were pretty decent quality. I got the Honey Lemon Pepper seasoning on the wings ... by far, the best wing seasoning I have ever had !! Was hungry and didn't know what to eat. Decided to just drive south on 27th and use the monocle feature. Came across LEMON PEPPERS and saw all the good reviews. The inside isn't quite what I expected. Basically is a narrow hallway with a ATM and the end, a dessert fridge with frozen drink machines on top and 2 order windows. Above all that were about 5 flat screens showing the menu. There is no seating so it's a pick up and drive thru kinda place. I couldn't decide on what to get so ended up going with the PICK 4. You get to choose 4 out of about 10 choices. I ended up getting shrimp, fried conch, tilapia nuggets and wings. The 1 downside is you have to pick 4 different items. They will not allow you to double any 1 item. I also ordered a slice of carrot cake and banana pudding. The food took about 10 minutes. I wasn't expecting to get my food in a aluminum catering pan. Not complaining just accustomed to fast food braces throwing everything in a paper box. Got home 10 minutes later and there is enough food to feed 2 adults and a child. It was GOOD!!! Will return and recommend for sure. Carrot cake and banana pudding were just ok Parking When it gets busy the parking lot is like a game of Tetris to get in and out of. My new place for fried chicken! Lunch specials are incredible! You have to eat the food right there and then. You order or drive thru. If you want to eat there, you order inside and they bring the food to the car. We had fried chicken, catfish, tilapia, and shrimp. The seasoning made the food tastier and the fries were great. The breading used is light and flaky, not thick like other fast food joint. This made the flavor get through the breading and to the actual meat. As I said, it is way better if you eat it immediately. They do not have seating, butbwe ate in our car. We are definitely going back and telling all our friends. Food is great but 70% of the time the employees have an attitude. It's very apparent that there's an issue when it comes to customer service considering the amount of people who've experienced the rudeness.The wait time is usually between 15-30 minutes which I don't mines because the food is made to order.
