We used to order from this Wendy's all the time. The last 2 times we ordered from them our order was completely wrong. They answer the phone but will not send us our order that I've paid for. Each time they tell us to call Uber eats and complain. Not sure why anyone orders from them. They obviously do not care about their customers. We've found someone else to order from that we haven't had a problem with and cares about their customers. Sometimes, this Wendy's is a decent lunch option in this area of Allapattah. This location gets very busy, but the drive thru line moves pretty fast as service is quick. To my surprise, the burgers are consistently good here and they taste hot and fresh. Somehow, this parking lot is huge for the area. You don't even have to dine in. You can just eat in your car. It's also worth noting that this location is open 24 hours. Not that I would recommend anyone to come to a Wendy's in Allapattah in the middle of the night. I work at the hospital across the street. Been coming here once every week or two week for the past five years and never had an issue. I'm always friendly and they are usually friendly back. Today the drive thru lady gives me attitude right away after saying "hello", upon pulling up to the intercom. She laughed after I placed my order , and tells me to pull up with attitude. No "what sauce?" Or "anything else?". I get the food given to me at the window, without a word spoken. I called the store, to talk to someone. they laughed and clicked on me. I never do this but that was just so unnecessary. After working 12 hour shifts with people giving you attitude all day in healthcare setting, with no time to go to the bathroom or eat, this is the last thing any of us need. I came here to this location & went inside to order my food & what I witnessed was trifling & straight up NASTY!!!!! One of the female workers was grabbing the chicken nuggets with a tong, then putting them in her bare hands with no gloves, then she would walk over & put them from her bare hand into the container they go in. Why not just take the container to where the nuggets are & put them directly into the container with the tongs & skip the unsanitary step of putting them in her bare hands???? This is the second time I've tried this Wendy's and each time the cashier has piss poor time management and is not able to multitask. While waiting fir the food to be prepared instead of using the time to take my order she lackadaisically proceeded to prepare the other guests tray. As an industry vet, time management and organization are key responsibilities for cashier. Management was there and just over looked not recognizing the issue. I came to this Wendy's late night, came out of quarantine because i was craving Wendy's, i ordered 3 meals, a number 13, fish sandwich meal with cheese, baconator combo and some chicken nuggets! They gave us cold fries, and also missed one of the fries and gave us an extra chicken nugget. The line for payment and food was extremely fast and professional for both me AND as I sat in my car watching / eating more people go through the drive through, I saw more of the same. so i usually love wendy's but when i placed an order thru the mobile app, my order went through, but when i waited a long time in the drive through lane, i was told they had no food left at all. why was the app able to go through and then the restaurant didn't have any food left. i was still charged and the lady told me they would cancel the order. but i still haven't received my full refund. and i contacted wendy's thru the app's message section and on twitter but no one has responded back to me. plus their support number doesn't work at all. hopefully someone from this business will see this and send me back my refund. read more

This Wendy's is located right next to the Miami-Dade College Medical Campus, so when I am hungry, I can just drive here before class and grab a burger. Overall, the workers here are friendly, and the food I ordered here tasted delicious and fried. It is a Wendy's after all, so I definitely wasn't expecting it to be a 5-star restaurant. read more
