This was not the worst Taco Bell I have ever been at. They were totally dead and I wasn't even sure if the door was open. I just went to the drive-through and got a few tacos. I stick with what I know when eating at Taco Bell these days because, so much of it tends to upset my stomach. They did a very good job with the tacos as they were quite well filled. Only one of them had a broken show, which was nice. My biggest issue is they tend to be so overpriced these days for the quality of the food you get.I need a little something to eat and I didn't have a lot of choices as we didn't have a lot of time. If I'm in the mood for a fast food item, then I pick this location because they have better service, cleaner location inside, and outside. Their lines go quickly because they have a sharp cashier at the window who keeps the line moving. I like their Soft Taco Supreme for a quick energy pickup. read more

This seems like my default Taco Bell when I order Uber Eats and I must say, for delivery that takes about 45 minutes to arrive, the food is good most of the time. I'm not saying it's great, but usually if I stick to burritos or soft shell tacos, a few seconds in the microwave would dress my food up. I've also been here in person, well, drive-thru, late, and the line moves extremely slow. Food is definitely better when you do get it in person, obviously. Overall, not a bad place but they should be more careful when packaging your food: don't put heavy food on top of tacos. read more

**FRAUD ALERT** **FRAUD ALERT** **FRAUD ALERT** 09/14/2022, @9.15pm so, i ordered a mexican pizza (and a couple other things) on the app cuz yay it's back. when i pulled into the parking lot and into the drive thru there was a friendly sign which said sorry, sold out.. bummer.. went to cancel the order on the app and the option to cancel was gone, the order was processing, then shortly after completed. i hadn't even checked in yet.. this is NOT how the app works. i lived a stones throw from a taco bell for 4 years and i used the app A FUCKING LOT and NOTHING like this ever happened.. orders do not process automatically.. they can be cancelled up until the instant you drive up and give them your name so, since the order was supposedly completed, i went through the drive through and asked nicely if they would sub-out the pizza they didn't have.. not only no, but HELL NO!! and wouldn't give me ANY of my order. so, the employees knowingly processed an order they knew they couldn't fulfill, refused to help in any way, (including giving me my other items) and more or less told me to fuck off.. sent a complaint on the 'contact us form which i'm willing to wager will be fruitless.. called taco bell customer service; closed.. called my credit card company; closed (gonna cancel that one.. what if it was a for real emergency??). will be calling both again in the morning. kinda thinking it would be fun to sue over 10 fucking dollars just on principal.. be careful out there!! read more

Worst "fast food" drive thru I have ever been to. I'm writing this review as I wait in line to get food and it's been 45 mins I can't even back up which is pretty funny, if I could I would leave this place and give them them the middle you know what! Or worse! These guys are extremely slow. Corporate should look at this place. They make people back up to not allow the sensors to trigger if there's a customer waiting. Standard taco bell food. I love the chicken chalupa which comes with a fried tortilla shell, sour cream, cheese, and tomatoes. The nachos supreme is also a childhood favorite of mine and it is still made as it was so many years ago. They now have a fresh "healthy" menu with more health conscious options! I'll definitely be trying those next time. They did not put any mild sauce in our drive thru order even though we asked for a bunch. So that was kind of a disaster :) read more

I didn't eat here but I just cherish one of the funniest moments ever which took place here. One time I was in such a hurry I and I wanted to stop by McDonald's (which is located next door) so I started ordering in the drive through at Taco Bell thinking it was Mc Donald's. To every item I tried to order the person said "we don't have that". I got frustrated and said "is there anything you didn't run out of today!?" And the answer was "but miss, you're at Taco Bell" LFMAO really LOL I was so embarrassed I backed up and then drove to the actual Mc Donald's. Got an immediate stomach ache and had to leave. There was nothing off the wall bad about this Taco Bell. They had plenty of napkins. Most don't. I could find lids and straws for my cup. Most are out of them. And the service was actually friendly. Most of the time I feel like I'm in the middle of a gang war when going to Tbell. And, OH they have a TV in there! I've been living in Miami for a couple of years and I've been to most Taco Bell's around the city never had an issue when it came to my order or customer service BUT THIS ONE IS TERRIBLE. It took over 30 mins just for 2 quesadillas!! Which is my typical order that takes max on busy days no more than 5-10 mins! This has been my go-to TacoBell for their promoted "Fourth Meal". Just by virtue of it's location next to the Julia Tuttle Causeway and close enough to the Downtown clubs, it's perfect for that bit of "Emergency Carbs". I'll admit it has sentimental value, since it was my high school lunch spot back in the day when we had open lunch (early 90's). That being said, it's Taco Bell. The Fresco Chicken Tacos are the "best" dish. Otherwise it's hard to describe with the level of detail of a sit-down meal. The drive-thru line can be reallly long weekend nights, and sometimes homeless people will walk up to the car and ask for donations. However, I've encountered civilized service at the drive thru window once I get there and the carbs do satisfy. Location is definitely 5-star even if the food is not memorable. Stopped here on a Thursday at around 1:45 for lunch. I can say the price was right - $6 and change for a hard shell taco, a burrito and a drink, and though the family in front of me ordered something like 15 items, both their order and then mine were ready surprisingly quickly. That said, nearly every available table was filthy with food and drink spilled and dried on them, and it looked as if it'd been that way for a while. Also, the area where one goes to get sauce packets, utensils and napkins was in disarray with some sauces out of stock, and utensils and sauce packets scattered all over the counter top. This appears to be a relatively new Taco Bell location (which also offers some Pizza Hut items as well). With a bit more care from the staff, the customer experience here could be so much better! read more

We waited more than 45 minutes in the drive thru, the employees instructed each vehicle to not drive up to the window until they are notified to. It appears the drive thru has a timer for each car and the employees appear to be trying to manipulate how long it actually takes each vehicle to pass through. I wouldn't give this place anything less than the five stars that I did. I come here at least twice a week on my way to work to stop for a quick breakfast to fill my keto diet needs. From the moment that you drive through and they begin taking your order, the energy from the workers is the perfect way to start your morning. They are very polite and make sure that your morning starts off on a good note.
