The have things for almost any room in your house. This particular store is well stocked and gets new items often. It is a busy store and sometimes you may see a long line at checkout. Unfortunately, a multitude of things could improve. To begin, I have only shopped at HomeGoods approximately three times in my life, including this visit. I am not someone who enjoys department store shopping, so I came in with a very specific goal. I wanted a piece of artwork and a basket, then planned to leave. The store itself was difficult to navigate. Multiple aisles were blocked with merchandise, carts, tall baskets, or abandoned items that had not been shelved. More than once, I could not get my cart down an aisle or maneuver larger items without backing out and rerouting. I picked up a tufted storage stool and later a large art piece, but navigating the store with them became unnecessarily frustrating. The larger issue, however, was the customer service. When I entered the store, I did not even grab a cart because I intended to browse quickly. While walking through the clearance section, I found a faux rabbit rug or throw with a red clearance sticker for $29.99. Another customer nearby commented on how soft and luxurious it felt. We joked about it and discussed how comfortable clients would find something like that in an office space. At that point, I decided to purchase it, even though it was not originally on my shopping list. After continuing to browse, I selected artwork and a tufted storage piece and headed to checkout. At the register, the associate, Marsha, immediately looked at the rug and loudly said, "This is not on sale. This isn't $29." Before even attempting to scan the item, she ripped the red sticker off, left the register, and began calling for a manager while openly discussing the pricing issue. The entire interaction felt accusatory, loud, and unnecessarily confrontational. At no point had I argued about the price or requested a discount. I simply explained that I had picked the item up in the clearance section. When Marsha returned, she continued speaking to management on her headset with visible frustration and an attitude that felt entirely misplaced. She pushed the rug aside as though the purchase was no longer happening and moved on to ringing other items. I finally asked, "Are you going to scan the rug?" She responded, "Uh... yeah... you still want it?" Of course I did. I had selected it because I liked it. The rug rang up at $99. I purchased it anyway. What bothered me was not the price. It was the immediate assumption that I had done something wrong, the tone used, and the way the interaction was handled in front of other customers. To make matters worse, after paying for everything, my cart beeped at the exit. I paused and looked toward the cashiers. No one acknowledged me or attempted to assist. I tried again, and the alarm sounded a second time. I exited the store and briefly spoke with the same customer I had met in clearance. During that conversation, another associate, Sue, walked outside, grabbed my cart without speaking to me, and took it back inside the store. No explanation. No communication. Nothing. I had literally just completed my purchase. Sue returned with the cart, attempted something inside, and the cart beeped again. Clearly, the issue had not been resolved. By then, I was standing outside feeling less like a customer and more like someone being treated as suspicious despite having just paid moments earlier. Eventually, the manager, Gloria, appeared behind the registers but made no effort to approach me or address the situation. After waiting several minutes, I finally walked back inside. Gloria's response was disappointing. Rather than acknowledging the poor handling of the situation, she focused on explaining that customers sometimes switch tags or attempt scams. I understood immediately why Marsha had approached me the way she did. An assumption had already been made before anyone even scanned the item. I also addressed the fact that an employee had walked outside and taken my cart. Gloria stated that employees are not supposed to leave the building to retrieve stolen merchandise, which only made the situation more confusing considering that is exactly what had just happened. Her resolution was to suggest I call Mohammad, the store manager, on Monday. At that point, I chose to return every item and leave. I previously managed a women's retail store, so I understand customer service, loss prevention, and difficult situations. There were multiple opportunities for professionalism, communication, and de escalation here, and unfortunately, every one of them was missed. I have no desire to return to this location. This experience felt unprofessional from start to finish and left me questioning whether implicit bias influenced the assumptions that were made. Lots of parking at this location. Good variety and options. Went in seeking things for organization & some bedding. Purchased a new comforter, sheet set, throw pillows, dog treats and a basket for toys. Washes the comforter upon arrival at home... and it was torn. Stuffing drop g out, stitching ripped. Only 2 cashiers at the check out with a hefty line of 5-6 people behind us. I guess you get what you pay for. read more

I love home goods. The staff here is friendly and helpful. Nothing bad to say. They are stocking Halloween decor in July...gotta love it.

The Mrs is having a tea party at our home soon & has a specific plan & decor in mind. So here we are going from store to store on a rainy, cold day, to find those items. Home Goods on Stephanie was a great place! A variety of things to choose from. A great selection of kitchen items, yard decorations, rugs, bathroom decor, lamps & even flower arrangements! I swear it has a little of everything. Need something for a room in your home? You'll find it here. The store is clean & well lit with friendly employees. Only thing that gave us a problem was the number of items. The Mrs found several cups & dishes she liked, but not enough of each. So I would recommend if you see something you like, buy it! We ended up getting exactly what she wanted of some of the items, without wiping out our bank account, but we'll have to check other places to see if we can find everything she wants. But, I do think you should stop in to see what it has for you. read more

My wife and I like HomeGoods a lot. We don't live in Henderson, but we happened to be in the area yesterday and stopped into this HomeGoods store on Stephanie St. and Warm Springs Rd. The store is like all the other HomeGoods (and TJ Maxx) stores we've visited. It's well maintained, kept very clean, follows social distancing, and all pandemic regulations as well or better than most big box stores, and you can't beat their selection and prices with a stick. The staff is accommodating and friendly, and don't be afraid of the long checkout line shared with their sister store TJ Maxx. They handle this line better than anyone else with more than adequate staff to make sure you never wait too long. Of all the big box stores that are now struggling to survive, HomeGoods (and TJ Maxx) look as if they've hit upon the right combination of merchandising, customer service and support, employee training, and pricing. This store gave me anxiety and I need Valium to ever shop here again (if I ever even decide to) I absolutely love the Home Goods franchise, however some of their store set ups are extremely dangerous in more ways than one. So I literally almost took out my toes in the candle section and then almost took out a customer in the pillow section unbeknownst to her. This store, although they have a lot of items, it is extremely cluttered and the shelves are overly stocked. Very overwhelming and you can easily spend a lot of time trying to look at everything in here. 1.) "The Candle Isle." So I have no clue why they would have soooo many candles out that they stack them on top of each other and I don't mean just stack one on top of another, I mean they stack like 3 or 4 on top of each other! Incredibly dangerous and lawsuit ready. So trying to smell these candles to find one I wanted to purchase was literally like a game of Jenga! I should have taken a picture so you could see it to believe it, but I was too flustered to put my phone in my hands. At one point I almost dropped a candle on my foot but caught it. Immediately after that my candle browsing was over and I headed to the pillows for some cushion. 2.) "The Great Pillow Debacle." Whatever you do, take my advice in regards to the pillow isles in this particular Home Goods, or any Home Goods for that matter! Make sure you know what's on the other side of these pillows before either taking them down to inspect them or putting them back up on the shelf you took it off of. I took a pillow out that I was interested in possibly getting but some of the threading seemed off so I put it back on the shelf in the same spot I took it out of. Who knew that they would place pillows on the opposite side of glass vases, metal statues and other delicate decor??? So while placing the pillow back, I must've placed it too securely and it accidentally knocked something over... me and my sons eyes locked and they were bugged out as if saying "oh s%#$! at the same time. He went to peek around the corner to make sure we didn't break anything and a lady was standing on the other side and had accidentally caught whatever the pillow knocked over. He quietly sneaked back around to the pillows to report back what he saw. Long story short there needs to be some type of higher plexiglass wall up in between the pillows and delicate items, so the pillows don't knock something over.... It's not rocket science. Or perhaps just not put pillows on opposite sides of glasswares, metals and wrought iron statues...Just a thought. Throughout those ordeals we kept hearing things dropping or sounding like people were accidentally knocking stuff down all over the store. It was literally insane in there and I totally brought to life what a "bull in a China shop" would sound like. I will definitely try and go to a less cluttered one next time as this one stressed me the hell out. Never again for this location. There's literally an accident waiting to happen in there. I gave it three stars just because it has a huge selection and it's Home Goods but the over stocking of shelves is extremely negligent. I'll be surprised if someone doesn't get hurt in there. This seems to be a newer store. The layout is better and certainly cleaner(and newer) than the Home goods on St Rose. I found quite a few nicer quality items here for example a great All Clad frying pan that I have been looking for! Super happy and nice and friendly staff. read more

It's a treasure hunt at Homegoods. I didn't know I needed a storage shelf but there it was...& it's going to hold my loot cuz I need to be organized. The receipt says "wellness food" for the luke chips, chia seeds, kind bars, and avocado oil so I feel healthy! The bowtie pasta from Italy & the toffee pretzels (only item not pictured, note already devoured) says "gourmet" so I feel special, too. read more

Some good deals but when I got asked 10 TIMES to get a credit card, which every time I said no thank you, is extremely rude and if I ever shop their again I hope the managers change the training. To have to say no that many times and then finally give a stern no and don't ask me again is ridiculous. read more

I shopped at the Stephanie Street location. The purpose of my visit was to see if they had a 4 x4 area rug. I went to the area in the back end of the store. While looking an associate was pushing out a cart with unopened product in which he and another associate were getting ready to work. The associate asked if I was finding everything ok, I told him a quick story on the size area rug I needed. He told me they didn't have the size I wanted but maybe a 3 x 5 would work for me. I then noticed he walked away and in a few minutes he was back, and he showed me a really nice 3.5 x 5.5 rug. Only thing was it wasn't the color I wanted. I told him I was looking for red/beige. He said follow me.....I walk a little slow and when I got up to where he had gone he was holding a beautiful red/gold/beige rug. Just the right size, just the color combo I needed. Now that is customer service!! His name is Dale and I want to thank him again for being such a big help to me. He went out of his way to find me just what I was looking for. I was soo excited when I saw that they were going to open! I decided to come the second day of opening to avoid the chaos. Everything is so amazing and beautiful inside --- I want it all! This location is very convenient and I hope that they continue to get amazing products! There was a particular item that I saw right when I walked in, but unfortunately I was just a little too late. They had purchased it. I asked an associate if they would possibly be receiving more, she informed me that it could be possible. She took the extra step and called the other locations to see if they had it. Unfortunately, the other locations did not have. She said just took keep checking in as they just opened and will be receiving more inventory. I hope so!! I will keep checking. read more

I came to this HomeGoods while visiting my father in Las Vegas. I frequent HomeGoods stores all over California, but I suspect this was his first visit because he made a point of asking the cashier who she thought was HomeGoods' primary competition. The answer didn't surprise me - she couldn't actually think of another retail company that provided the same type of goods but with the same low prices. She said they were a little like a furniture store, a little like a department store, but with much lower deeply discounted average daily prices. HomeGoods really lives up to it's name providing a wide set of items for every room in your home, even the back yard. There are gourmet cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and eclectic specialty food items for the kitchen and dining room. Couches, chairs, throw pillows, and lamps for the living room. Tons of organizers for your bathroom. Furniture and for both inside and outside, and decor items that run the gamut from quirky to sophisticated. Goods for the entire Home Hey... I think I just figured out where they came up with the name (wink). And don't forget they offer this plethora of items at low, low prices. The coordinator Ashley and the manager nick are very rude they don't have a great costumer service and very racist with Latin people she used glue for a piece broken that I wanted to buy and she didn't gave me discount for it and I was asking for discount and she came rude to speak with me and she say don't buy it if u don't want and she fix it in front of me to sell it with the same price I'm sure they fix in the back of the house all their staff broken with glue I recommend to double check the items you guys buy read more

I have been coming to this store for years but I just had to walk out do to the extremely poor sanitation procedures. They are openly defying the state mandated laws during this pandemic. The store is currently packed with people not social distancing or wearing masks. I literally abandoned my cart and walked out. They should be shut down by the state! This place is AMAZING. If you feel like shopping- which I strongly dislike, don't go in here. You will fall in love with everything and get lost with the possibilities of decorating. I recently got into my condo and received a homegoods gift card for my housewarming gift; wow was that the best decision that person made. My all-time favorite location, ever. And no, I'm not biased because it's the only HomeGoods in my neighborhood (haha). I've been to other locations and I'm not sure if maybe it's just the time of the day that I've gone, but most others are usually messy or there are a lot of items on the floor. I've gone to this location many times and I've never had a problem of trying to walk through an isle that has items on the floor. This location is well-kept, the items are always organized and I never have any difficulty trying to find what I need. The prices are amazing here. I've gotten a few rugs, some mugs, and organizers for my room for a good price and they're still in good use! Also for you dog owners (like me), there are a lot of bowls, treats, toys, and even clothes for a cheaper price than anywhere else! I also love that there is A LOT to choose from when it comes to holiday shopping and decorations. read more

So as I write this review I'm walking in this store constantly being followed and watch by the discriminating staff. I've been living in Henderson for 11 years and I'm so sick of the bullshit when trying to shop in peace. The color of my skin does not make me a thief or criminal. Every time I look up it's a staff member near me.. I can't shop in peace. Please stop profiling people. It is honestly disgusting. From the moment I walked in the door staff is somewhere standing close to me on every single isle I'm on. Like literally every isle I'm on all of a sudden a staff member needs to work on that same exact isle. I literally came here to shop and release tension and stress due to the passing of my mother two weeks ago!! Stop being disgusting. No, no, no, no, no don't put a HomeGoods so close to my house! If you thought Target was dangerous to go into alone, wait until you step into a HomeGoods. I want EVERYTHING and getting everything is almost possible since the prices are so reasonable! This location isn't as big as the one in SW Vegas, but is comparable in size to the one on Eastern (yeah, I know my HomeGoods pretty well). They have a section for children, pets, holidays, furniture, kitchenware and gourmet goods. It's the perfect place to find a new addition to your Pinterest style bedroom, a fancy gift for your girlfriend or a new toy for Fido. Always end up buying way more than we expected too....DAMN YOU HOME GOODS!! We love everything. I always linger around the spices, snacks, teas and kitchen stuff. My wifey takes off and hits the whole store. We meet at the dog aisle where me merge our stuff together and pick out stuff for our fur babies. First, let me start by saying having a HomeGoods this close to my house is not good for my bank account. Haha. I absolutely love this Store. I often wander in here with my Yogurtland in hand to browse the aisles and look for great bargains. You have to carefully look up and down each aisle. In addition to the clearance sections, there are often times clearance red tags items mixed in with the regular items. Even if you don't get something on clearance it is still a great deal. My only feedback is there could be a higher sense of urgency with the cashiers when there is a long line at checkout. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. I'll start by saying I love shopping at Home Goods, I believe prices are right, excellent quality items, can't forget to say the best gummy bears! Great customer service experience UNTIL TODAY when I dealt with a cashier named "KAT". I have been in customer service for 6 years, been a sales manager for two and I am aware of how clients should be treated and this person had ABSOLUTELY no clue. She had no idea of the meaning of the word respect, consideration, honesty, and she provided me with THE WORST customer service experience I've ever received. I have provided this specific store with SO much business, I've told all my friends and family about it and for a lot of them is their first choice when purchasing home decor, and today I'm bringing my sister for the first time with her two year old baby and we get treated like delinquents threatening us with the police ? What can a pregnant woman and a lady with a baby on her arms do????? I honestly hope she gets fired and that all her co workers, and most importantly managers know what kind of employee they have working there. It's such a shame because I always deal with wonderful people there and honestly I wouldn't want to shop there until I know she's gone. She didn't even care about the business or the store, she refused to ring us up which shows her lack of interest in the sales of the store, she didn't NOT EVEN ONCE apologize for her attitude and her mistakes, which shows her lack of professionalism. On top of that, the shift Manager(Julie, which was very kind) came to try to resolve the issue, and this lady threatens her too! This place is amazing. Let me just list for you a couple of the awesome finds I purchased on my last trip. This wasn't a typical trip for me, my husband and I had just moved and were looking to decorate our new apartment. I got: two end tables, various halloween decorations, a large ceramic vase, a ceramic table in the shape of an elephant, some food storage containers, kitchen towels, muffin mix, a candle, a whole slew of other things that I can't even remember. My point in telling you all this is that anywhere else I would have paid probably well over $500 for such a haul. I had two carts full. At Home Goods I spent just under $300. Today I was shopping for plant pots at one of my favorite stores looking for new ones , discussing several options with my friend. I left my phone at one of the shelves. I totally forgot about it and realized that I lost it only at home. I called to home goods right away and nice girl Nadia assured me that they would contact me as soon as they would find it. I couldn't wait and my husband took me to the store . As soon as I entered the store they were calling my husband phone to let me know that a nice gentleman returned it ! I was so happy not only to see my phone but to know that the store employees and customers are such amazing people! Such a shame I have to rate this place 1 star! I been coming here the past year and I have been such a. Fan of home Goods! Today I came in to do a return and a little shopping and the worker "GINA" was completely rude to me! I originally didn't have the correct receipt for my return (I understand I shop her so much so it is a given that my receipts get mixed up). Gina gave me a hard time with this and being very rude to me! I ended up asking to do a return with no receipts because I didn't have the right one! She still had an attitude with me! She was like "well i need your ID and you won't get the full amount your going to only get 3 dollars". Long story short I ended up finding the right receipt in my pocket! Once I found it she still had an attitude! After Gina did my return, I was ready to check out! I was going to get a cooking book specially the Chrissy teigan book and it had a damage ripe on it on the front cover. I generously asked for an additional discount because the product was clearly damaged! When I asked this GINA rolled her eyes at this! This is completely horrible customer service! I have been to Home Goods across 4 different states and multiples cities and have never ever been treated with such disrespect! I don't understand if GINA was having a bad or something but this was unacceptable! I will now have to drive to SUMMERLIN to go to home goods!
