They offer a 10% discount on ammo after 10 boxes. Plus you can mix and match so that helps. We walked away happy with heavy metal shot gun shells. Kevin was great to talk with about it all and there was plenty in stock so get them while you can! Found a few items possibly for a birthday or Christmas gift I will need to come back for.

After a day of skiing, we stopped by Boyne Country Sports. Hubby picked out a nice, new pair of modern-technology goggles, then reminded me that my own decade-old goggles are too big to fit on my face under my ski helmet. They were always pressing on my sinuses the wrong way. OK, I'll try on some, too. The next morning, hubby noticed that my brand new, never worn ski goggles had vertical scratches in the centers of the lenses. Darn. He said we ought to exchange them. Back at Boyne Country Sports, he showed the scratches to Mike, the man who had sold us the goggles. Then they called in Steve, who seems to be the manager. Hubby showed Steve the goggles, and at first he said, "Oh that's just moisture." But when Steve looked at a second, then a third pair that had scratches already on them, he had to conclude that they were arriving at the store that way. He was going to have to speak to the Scott distributor. And then he did something amazing. He helped me pick out another pair that fit my head/helmet combination, and then he gave them to me for no additional charge, even though they were more expensive. I certainly didn't expect him to do THAT. Thanks, guys! Above and beyond the call of duty. :-)

I said I didn't really need a new shirt in general, just wanted something cooler than the top I had on. The new owner said, "Well, in that case, I just put some cute new tops on the clearance rack." So thoughtful! She even came over to help me find ones in my size and pointed out the best deals. I bought a soft, pretty blue Columbia tank top that I've ended up wearing all the time. They only sent 21 but it does appear that they deducted the price of the missing hooks from my total. Here is my complaint. If they do not have sufficient quantity to fulfill my order, then their automated ordering system should have prevented me from ordering a quantity that they could not support. Secondly, as a simple courtesy, they should have contacted me by phone or emails and explained they could not support my ordered quantity.. They did the exact same thing about 5 years ago. When I contacted them about the shortage, they were hateful and said I was being difficult. All I said to them was that they should have notified me that they could not fulfil my ordered quantity. There was no need for them to get hateful. We exchanged several emails and phone calls and they would never admit that they did anything wrong.
