Once a long line of customers forms, right away two other bank tellers will come out to assist making wait times decrease significantly which is very convenient. My grandma is hard of hearing and is slow at conducting business which can frustrate young professionals at times. However, the bank tellers at this location were patient, kind and accommodating which was nice to see. I will continue to take my grandma to do business at this location. They also have one ATM right in front of the building and a drive-thru ATM at the back of the building. Their parking lot is on the small side with handicap parking available right in front.

Customers waiting in line in excess of fifteen minutes while the branch manager and one teller tend to matters in the vault versus servicing the customers that have kept them employed. This type of behavior was not tolerated years ago. The complaints that I heard, while waiting in line, were horrible. As a former BofA associate, I was saddened to hear customers so dissatisfied with the level of service received at this branch.

Having endorsed the check as usual it was returned to me twice for corrections and my driver's license. I drove away wishing I had gone to my wonderful Town Center branch, which I will do next time I have a need. I had to reach in and out of the cashier drawer so many times that I accidentally dropped my checkbook in the vehicle and didn't notice. I panicked that night when I couldn't find it to make a tax payment. I'm sure this branch is lovely, just like the rest of TowneBank's offices. But next time I'll stick to the branch that knows me.

Their customer service is stellar and I like dealing with local companies. Yesterday, I had a rather large deposit and needed to get access to $5,000 of the funds immediately. I came to withdraw money for a cool DYI floor tile project. I shared my project with my teller (no one was behind me - hee hee). She had a great suggestion for the grout color. Full-service banking. Anyway, great service. Quick transaction and lots of giggles! I would have given 5 stars but getting into the parking lot is sketchy and scary in such a high-traffic volume area. You must be brave!
