After sending all my information I could not get anyone to call me or email me back. Finally after emailing the branch official email and tagging Tiffany (the one processing loan) I received a call from Tiffany (less than 24 hours) with full blown attitude because I had "tagged" her in email , along with her excuses she had not been there in last 3-4 days. Mind you, I have been trying to reach them/her for 2 weeks. I could not even get across to her that I needed to defer a payment because my bank account had been hacked. She would not come up for a breath from telling me how she had done everything she was suppose to do. I am 65 and have never been spoken to like that from any business. She finally gave me her branch manager's name whom I'll have to call back tomorrow so this review may be continued. This is my 1st yelp review for all my 45 years of doing business with anyone. I was in tears when we hung up.
