Late to the draw on this, but back in December and into January I was back in town for some deaths in the family and visited this location a few times as my trip home kept getting extended. First the positive. Great selection of well cared for automobiles. Reasonable prices with a no haggling policy. You can also take a vehicle for a test drive. The negative is they are high pressure salespeople! If you have any objections to the process they will immediately counter with a well practiced counter reply. While trying to work with a particular salesperson you will be approached by a sales manager who will try to turn up the pressure. If you seem interested in a particular vehicle you are hustled inside to run the numbers, check your credit, asked about how much you can put down, etc. as if you have already committed to a purchase. I personally do not like being pushed or pressured, I need time to talk it over and think about my long term commitment. I won't be buying from them. read more

I went to Enterprise Car Sales in Mobile Friday October 27th. after looking at a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox at a another dealership close by. I saw the 2021 Equinox online for $2,000 less at Enterprise while at the other dealership. I was like I need to go check it out. My daughter had to take me since I had just sold my vehicle but I was not going to make a hasty decision. Kendra Stone came out to our vehicle as I was getting out. Asked what I was looking for and I told her. She then asked if I had an appointment with anyone. No, I don't. I told her I want to see and test drive the 2021 Equinox they have. We did, I loved it then asked what was wrong with it because the price was much lower than the other. She just said they have the no haggle pricing, they have the vehicles fully inspected, and offer a 12-month powertrain warranty. The Manager Mitch & Zach both came over to meet me. I told her and the managers that I wanted to buy it. I was there a couple of hours only due to a couple of little issues with my bank. Kendra even showed me a few highlights of the navigation system as they had to order me a owner's manual. she even emailed me a copy to use until I get mine. She really cares for her customers and takes care of them and she is not pushy at all. She is what I call a very good sales person to get you what you want and need. They contacted me and were unable to get things straightened out. Had to drive all the way from Missouri to Alabama to get the vehicle registered because they applied for the title in the wrong state. I have a hard time believing that they didn't know better. Mobile is right next to Pensacola. So out-of-state car sales should be a regular thing for these guys. Ryan spoke with me and the manager of St Louis Enterprise Car Sales and claimed that I was confusing and had an Alabama license. This was a boldfaced lie. Again, I was assured that my rental would be refunded. It has not. UPDATE AGAIN! 18 MAY 2018 Still no refund for the two days that I was overcharged for the rental. Still no refund for the rental that I shouldn't have had in the first place. Was contacted by Enterprise customer service. NO RESPONSE. read more

I think most people would agree that car shopping is a stressful experience. The haggling, the game playing and usually one walks away feeling whamboozled. I have found this to be true in the past. Instead of venturing to traditional car dealerships I went online and viewed cars available at Enterprise. I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle. I received a call from Braedan to confirm. When my son and I went the next day we were warmly greeted by Theo, the finance manager. This would normally be the time where my anxiety level would shoot through the roof but this was not to be. This was such a positive car buying experience that I want everyone to consider Enterprise when ready to purchase a car. Braedan was incredibly knowledgeable about the variety of cars available. He helped us find not one but two cars that fit our needs perfectly. No high pressure sales tactics, no sense of urgency, no lies. He really wanted us in what WE wanted to be in. He helped us make very informed decisions. Off to financing...I figured I would just return the next day with my own financing. No need. Theo took care of everything and got me a great (and very low) rate. Then it was time for the dreaded sales pitch about extended warranties. I tightened, waiting for the inevitable, "You MUST purchase this extended warranty or the car will self implode" pitch. Guess what? It never happened. Theo showed me my options and allowed me to make the best decision for ME (I don't believe in extended warranties.). I can not say enough about how pleasant this experience was for me. I decided to buy a replacement for my car which was 10 yrs old and beginning to have issues. I did not want to buy a new car due to the immediate depreciation of the purchase. So I started talking to salespeople on different lots in the Pensacola area. i know little about cars, just needed something reasonable and dependable. Well I had never considered a former rental car, but upon contemplation realized rental places have to take good care of their vehicles, keeping up on service, cleaning etc even more than your average owner. So I submit an online form and requested info from Enterprise and Nate called me and invited me to come in and look at what they had. The day I went in, Nate sat and discussed what my needs were and what I really wanted in a vehicle. Cars are priced below blue book and come with a 12 month/12,000 mile limited warranty. They also provide you with a free car fax report. There was no pressure and everyone at Enterprise from Nate to the Manager and Financial advisor were all very very nice.
