Even though he is primarily associated with the Kia section of the dealership, he readily took the time to show me the Volkswagen Tiguan SEL R-Line Turbo that I desired. I opted for the avocado green exterior color, complemented by a black and amber brown diamond-stitched leather interior, which earned a spot on the 2026 Wards 10 Best Interiors & UX List. He guided me through the entire paperwork process and remained very patient, composed, and respectful. He possesses integrity and a compassionate nature. I've never experienced such attentive service in my numerous car purchases. Brandon Baggett will treat you and your family the same way rather you want to see a Volkswagen or Kia vehicle.

    If I could give this place 0 stars, I would…read more I brought my car to this Kia dealership for a routine 30,000-mile maintenance. My vehicle was in very good condition with no issues prior to the visit. I paid $682 expecting professional service. Immediately after picking up my car, I noticed a loud, constant noise coming from the passenger seat area that had never existed before. I gave it a week to see if it would resolve, but it did not. When I returned, the staff dismissed my concern without even properly inspecting the vehicle and told me nothing was wrong. I clearly explained that I was about to complete a long-distance PCS move from Alabama to California and needed my car to be safe. The store manager showed no concern, refused to take responsibility, and sent me away in a vehicle that had developed a new issue after their service. During my road trip, the situation worsened. About 5 hours into the drive, my AC stopped working completely, forcing me to drive for 5 days in uncomfortable and difficult conditions. The noise also became progressively worse. This was extremely stressful, especially as a military family during a PCS move. I trusted this dealership with my vehicle, and instead I was dismissed and left dealing with worsening problems across the country. I have records of my conversation with the store manager regarding this issue. Due to the lack of accountability and the safety concerns involved, I am escalating this matter to Kia corporate and am prepared to take further action to pursue a proper resolution. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer care. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

    This dealership is terrible especially in service. Had my 2022 RAM 1500 in for warranty service…read moreseveral times and when I call to setup the appointment I always let them know I need a loaner. When I come to drop off the truck they never have a loaner ready or they can get me one but I have to go to Hertz down the road, wait for and take the shuttle there and then wait 20+ minutes at hertz for them to get their act together and prep the vehicle, not to mention the hertz location has a bad sewer odor. Recently I was having issues with my gauge cluster and it had to be replaced. Tameron had my truck for a month while they ordered the new cluster, they gave it back to me and the dimming function wasn't working. They didn't believe me and had to do a side by side comparison with another RAM to see the difference. I mean come on your guys are that inexperienced they couldn't tell it was wrong? I have a transmission issue and they reprogrammed it once; it still clunks and they say "it's operating as designed". Stay away from this place and stay away from the Service Tech Dave. He repeatedly lies, promises he'll call back when a loaner is ready then doesn't and can't ever fix anything properly. Epic fail!

Wasn't excited with one of the finance people who I felt wasn't looking out for our best interest but again Gerard Got us back to the original finance guy Steve and we left with numbers we were happy to work with. I wasn't a fan of issues with another employee lying about Gerard being in on a day he was on vacation wasting our time having us wait for him but left happy with the outcome of getting the services I needed for my truck We did run into some issues with the title transfer for one of the vehicles we traded in but was very surprised when the owner called us to let us know he was working on it himself and with his help we were able to get it resolved very quickly I neeeded step bars put on both trucks because unfortunately I'm short but again Gerard came threw with helping us find the most cost efficient bars that would look great for each truck Both me and my husband are super happy with our purchases we really feel like we got the best deal So if your needing someone reliable I'd definitely ASK FOR GERARD SIMS he's the best one there to look out for you

I decided to take a drive to AL side Saturday April 25th. I arrived around 2 to grab some oil and a filter to change on my Tiguan. I didn't see anyone working. I walked over to the parts department and rang the bell. Waited. Rang it again. Waited another couple minutes. Then a third. I searched all over to find anyone that works there. I noticed a finance guy. He tells me that the parts guy is probably on the Kia side. Instead of going to get him, he suggested I walk over there. As a customer, I need to go look for him? Oh ok. Once I found the parts kid. And yes, just a big kid tells me that they're doing an "update" on their system so I can't purchase anything. So now I ask him how long is it going to take? He said I should just go home and come back another day. It's always been a nightmare to purchase anything from the Spanish fort vw dealership but this was absolutely atrocious as far as customer service is concerned. If I was the owner or the management, I'd absolutely clean house. Their employees are losing them money. Probably a lot more than they realize
