I realize this review is a little late, but I didn't want her impact to go without praise. When I walked into her branch, I was frustrated at how I had been treated at another PNC branch. I had been told that I could not withdraw money because they did not know provide that service. As you can imagine, I was confused, since most banks do withdrawals, but because I was in a hurry, I went about looking for the next closest bank. Enter Chantel and the Bradford PNC. She was calm, professional, and empathetic. She also assured me that whoever had given me that information had not given me the correct information, for whatever reason. She quickly ushered me to a teller to get me serviced and gave me her card for anything else I needed. Her demeanor and her ability to get me serviced were invaluable. I appreciated being treated like a valued customer, which I have always felt like at PNC, and not like I was in the way of someone's quitting time.
