Went to wash my car in the automatic bay. It took my card and charged it but the wash never turned on. Waste of $15

Totally negative review. The vacuum had no pressure and no pressure in the self serve. $9 wasted since I was in the middle of it and had to finish. Years ago there was an older gentleman who maintained and did a great job. The owner needs to repair and maintain or sell to someone who cares. I would give this place negative stars if possible. I came to wash my car and support local. The coin slot was not working and when I scanned my card for payment it charged me $10 for 30 seconds of service and shut off. Forcing me to pay another $2 to actually wash my car; highly disappointed. read more

What a crap hole. Half the bays had cones because they did not work. The one I used that didn't have cones, most of the menu options didn't work so essentially could only spray cold water. New management, same crummy car wash. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

The car wash is now operated under new management so I went to try the self serve bays. It was pretty fine for the most part except it wasn't clear which bay I was in. They have an app to go with it so I was trying to pay with the app and it asked me which self serve bay I was in - 1, 2, or 3? I'm looking around in the bay and all I see is Bay 7. So I stopped trying to use the app and just paid with a card. It also didn't have a dryer option on the self serve side. I'm not sure how common it is to have one or not to have one. But that was kind of annoying to find out the hard way. Overall, it seems to be better than all the previous reviews that have been left here. But the whole experience could definitely be improved. read more

The first time we lived in Lenexa, this was where I always washed our cars. But that was 13 years ago and now that we are back I must report that my favorite carwash hasn't help up very well at all. The vacuum I used didn't have much suction, the bays are dirty and in ill-repair and the sink and wringer in back look as if they haven't worked in years, so if you want to rinse out your chamois or towel, forget it. On a beautiful Saturday afternoon after a rainy week, I thought this place would be packed but it was very quiet. I guess everyone else already figured out that this place is a dump. With the hard water in the city...it looked like a thousand birds pooped on it when t dried. I figured even the most basic of options for the automatic stall would get dirt off, but i was wrong. You can still tell the difference between where the wipers can and can't reach because there was so much dirt leftover afterward. Don't waste your money here. Used the self-serve bay today. Absolutely worthless. There was very little soap in the wash water, the pressure was so low it wouldn't get bird poop off of my car. Soap was completely ineffective on bugs or brake dust. Spot-free rinse cycle is inoperative on the bay I chose. My truck needs to be washed again to get rid of the spots left from washing it here. One of the few self-serve car washes that has a stall allowing the use of a credit/debit card to pay for your wash. It's a big money saver because it charges you by the second as opposed through coins. I spend on average about 9 minutes washing m car and it routinely charges about $3.90. read more

I've been to this location twice. The first time to vacuum my car, the vacuum had very little suck power. The second time I tried the automatic car wash. I chose the 12.00 wash and only half of my car came out clean. No wonder there wasn't a line outside of this location on a nice winter day. Save your money and wait in line elsewhere! read more

First and last time going here. Used the self service and was stunned with the lack of soap. Didn't even need to rinse down my car after "washing" it. I used the self wash lane today and it stopped working halfway through. I was able to put soap on my car no problem but when I went back to put in another $1.25 it wouldn't take my quarters to wash the soap off. I tried calling to see what I could do but the machine just asked me to leave a message. I finally just had to force multiple quarters down at once. Overall a good experience! I've only tried the automatic wash at this location and it seems to do a good job. The prices are reasonable and I like that it's brushless as well. Had a concern with how the wash was using spot free rinse and the owner was quick to check it out and reach back out to me. read more

I have used this car wash twice, only because of the location. The bays are so narrow, you get splashed by the wand because you have to stand so close to the vehicle. There are water-filled pot holes in the bay, so if you step in one your shoe will be soaked. Not sure what is causing the suds in the spray and brush, as my car was not clean post-wash, and the spot-free rinse left my car spotted like a leopard. Now I am off to a car wash that will leave my car...CLEAN. Avoid this place!! read more

Finally! I don't have to drive all the way to Shawnee to get an automated wash. I like the fact that it's brushless and it had no problem removing the bird droppings and mud from the truck. The price was considerably lower than the other automated washes in the area. There is nothing special about the location but it definitely gets the job done at a good price. This will be my go-to car wash from now on. We certainly need more of these in Lenexa. read more

Spent 4-5 minutes washing my car using my debit card and it charged me $10 even after I hit the stop button on the wall. It never indicated how much it cost me, I had to look at my bank statement to figure it out. The spotless rinse was worthless. Will not be returning unless I'm desperate and I have cash on me. read more

I put a $20 in the brushless wash....selected the $8 wash... I got no change. The machine says it accepts 1,5,10,20. It wouldn't refund my money either. went here to wash my car yesterday and went through the automatic bay. first of all there was no under carriage wash and then as the dryer passed over my car to dry it, water was dripping from the nozzles above onto what had just been dryed. when I got out at my next stop which was directly across 87th st, it looked as if the front and back of my car had not been touched and I had strips down the sides that were not touched. This was the worst car wash I have seen in my life and a waste of $8. so disappointed!! read more
